I’ll be honest—I was a little hesitant about ordering a mattress online. It’s not something you typically buy without trying first, but the experience with the Ego Black Hybrid Mattress completely changed my perspective.

From start to finish, everything was smooth. Ordering was simple, shipping was fast, and I appreciated the consistent email updates so I always knew exactly where things stood. No guessing, no stress.

When the mattress arrived, we unboxed it right away and let it expand for about 24 hours as recommended. Watching it fully “puff up” was actually pretty cool, and by the next day it was ready to go.

The comfort level has been the biggest surprise. I’d describe the mattress as more on the firm side, which is exactly what I was hoping for—but it still has enough give to contour to your body. It doesn’t feel hard or rigid; it feels supportive in the right way.

I’ve dealt with back issues for years, and this is where I’ve noticed the biggest difference. After just about a week of sleeping on it, I’m waking up feeling more rested and, more importantly, without the usual aches and stiffness. That alone makes it worth it.

Another thing that stood out is the edge support. I can sit on the side of the bed to put my shoes on, and it holds its shape without sinking in like a lot of mattresses do. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in everyday use.

Overall, the comfort, support, and quality of this mattress have exceeded my expectations. On top of that, it has a clean, modern look that fits well in the room.

If you’re on the fence about ordering a mattress online, this one definitely made me a believer.

Love my mattress but it's a little less form than I'd like but I can live with it.

What made my experience great was the fact that both of my order arrived within 3 days with great packaging. I ordered a 14in memory foam bed , a box spring , and the blue gel mattress topper. It was the greatest thing I ever did because my sleep is so accumulate. I want to praise the company for their communication and outreach throughout this process as well as its amazing discounts I used faithfully for both orders. THANK YOU EGO

The process of ordering was super simple and my mattress delivery came so fast! We set it up in the RV and checked on it the next day. It was exactly as ordered and the description of the firmness was spot on.

Our mattress we replaced was 3 weeks old we hated it contacted the seller and they told us to order another mattress with out the split head at that point is when I refused to order from them and we went with the Ego mattress what a difference

My experience so far has not been positive. I got the bed delivered 7 days ago. The delivery was my first disappointment. The 90 lbs box was left in the lobby. How was I suppossed to carry it to my apartment on the 3rd fl? (elevator building).
I had to pay someone to bring it to my apartment.
Then when I slept for the first time, after the 48-hr waiting period, I slept horrible. It was one of the worse experiences I have had with a bed. I could not sleep the whole night and since then my sleep experience has been very poor.
The first issue is that the mattress sinks when I sit on it and it does not seem to have enough support on the edges because I slide when I sit on the edge.
I am mostly a side sleeper and I don't feel properly supported with this mattress. No matter in what side of the bed I sit or lay down I feel that sinking feeling that is very uncomfortable. I expected the mattress to be medium not ultra plush. This mattress feels like an ultra plush bed. I regret giving away my old mattress so soon.

I will give this mattress at least a 30 day trial and if things don't improve I will be returning it. It is a shame because I have high hopes for this product and it is my first time buying a bed from EGOHOME.

Ordered a full size hybrid 14 inch black mattress , shipping was fast had it in 3 days! Was easy to unwrap and put on my bed, we have been sleeping on it for a week, it’s the most comfortable mattress we ever bought! My son in law has one and loves it, my daughter has one and loves hers. Best mattresses we ever bought!
