I'm a disabled 58yr old man. I have spinal stenosis and sciatica. My doctor informed me that the mattress I choose could be a serious factor for pain or comfort with my ailments. I went online to search for something practical, affordable, comfortable and has consistent customer satisfaction ratings. I actually found EGO HOME on Walmart. Com but I decided to go Directly to the merchant site. I found it always best to go Directly to the source of any product for the best deals and warranties. I found the EGO BLACK HYBRID it had a great price so, I placed it in my basket. My lovely 😍 fiance encouraged me to keep looking and compare prices, quality, shipping,reviews, customer service etc. The prices were outrageous for me on a fixed income. No one should need FINANCING just for a creature comfort of life like a mattress to rest our bodies at the end of the day. During the course of my investigation EGO HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE sent me a text offering me ANOTHER 15% OFF ON MY PURCHASE. OK!!!

When I received the mattress it was easy to set up,even though I had wait for it to fully expand. When I finally got a chance to lay down I was sooo happy 😊. I can actually stay in bed for days without discomfort. FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE EGOHOME IS THE REAL DEAL. I really wish I could upload pictures just to show the beautiful craftsmanship and materials of this mattress.

I just put the mattress on my bed on Friday, and I have been sleeping like a baby ever since. It is so comfortable. I cannot express how much of a difference it has made compared to my other mattress. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's thinking about making a switch.

I'm so sad. I wanted to love my mattress so much, but that's just not my
experience.=(It's a little uncomfortable for me, but aside from that it was delivered in a great timely manner, and the quality is amazing! I still highly recommend!!!

Well I am very pleased with the EgoHome bed. I purchased the twin bed for my newly found family. My fiance's daughter is the one using the bed. She arrived from the Philippines. She has never had a very nice bed prior to this one! She finds the bed very soft, comfortable, and she sleeps better on it than she has ever before!

I'm most impressed that the bed is just as it was advertised. An excellent price! Very good structural bed! Very well manufactured! Everything was just perfect, even the purchasing and the delivery!

I couldn't have asked for anything better. You've not only made me happy as the one who bought it. But also the young teenager girl who gets to use the bed now!

So far so good…not too soft and not too firm. This will be my first night sleeping on my new mattress, can’t wait !

The mattress is not what I expected. They advertised it as firm, but it's not; it's far too soft. We bought this mattress to relieve back pain, and now our back pain has gotten worse. I hate it.

My full experience of 1st seeing Instagram ads, then positive YouTube reviews, quality of materials in comparison with other top mattress brands, and the cost sold me! Not only did it check all the boxes as a new mattress, but the fast shipping made it even better! The mattress looks and feels cooler than a polar bear's toenail! I'm already telling friends about it because the way our early to mid 40's backs feel, a quality mattress is foundational to great relaxation!

The purchase process was super easy online! I also called customer support with a couple questions and they were answered quickly and competently. Shipping was smooth and super fast! This mattress is by far the most comfortable one I have ever slept on and at half the price of some of others that I’ve had, it’s a win win!

I purchased an EGO mattress specifically because it advertised a 100-night trial, which gave me confidence that I could return it if it didn’t work out. The mattress was delivered on Friday, and by Monday I contacted customer service because it was extremely uncomfortable and I wanted to initiate a return under the trial.

Instead of honoring the trial policy, customer support repeatedly tried to push the situation into a “warranty evaluation” process that requires photos and defect verification. I made it very clear that I am not claiming a defect, I simply want to return the mattress under the trial they advertise.

This has resulted in multiple back-and-forth emails with no actual return instructions provided. It feels like they are intentionally creating hurdles to avoid honoring the trial period they use as a selling point.

If you are considering this mattress because of the “risk-free trial,” be aware that returning it may not be as straightforward as advertised.

I’m still waiting for them to provide the proper return process.

Per this review response they say they have requested photos and don’t receive a response. This is not true. They wanted photos with a broom and multiple measurements for the warranty. I’m not requesting the warranty. I’m requesting a refund under the advertised 100 day trial.

My mattress arrived in great condition and in 2 days! Ordering was a breeze and they had a code which gave us a great deal! I even reached out to customer support on how to have my old mattress removed and they assisted with that too! Oh and my mattress is amazing! Getting the best sleep of my life!

Sleeping like a baby now

Everything made my experience worth buying an Egohome mattress!!! The sale was amazing, website was easy to navigate and my order came so much quicker then anticipated! All around a great company to order from and the mattress itself is even better then I could have imagined! Buying a mattress online without being able to test it out mde me a little nervous, but I SO GLAD with my mattress!
