I received this invitation to write a review regarding my recent purchase and receipt of my order from EGOHOME. According to the email/invitation the company sent, it has been 10 days since I supposedly received my order however, I did not receive my order yet because they sent it to the wrong address even though I contacted, corrected, and confirmed the proper address with both the 3rd party ordering center and the company itself. A stressful and drawn out process yet I did so both via email and phone call. Sad that a company so celebrated by trendy consumers can bill the correct address and send to another when both are the same. I do not have the product so I therefore cannot review it.

I would have never ordered mattresses without trying them, but we gave my grandchildren new beds for Christmas and I did not know they did not come with mattresses. I searched and read reviews and decided on EGOHOME. The price was great so instead of 2 mattresses for my granddaughters, I got an extra one for my grandson. They were delivered so fast, they beat the beds there (VA). My grandson (16 yo) was so happy to have a "grown-up" Queen size bed. He opened it early and has already been using it. He is usually reserved with comments, but not with this. He said, I absolutely love it!" My granddaughters (12 and 6) also were so happy with their Queen size mattresses. My daughter and son-in-law said the mattress are so comfortable that if you sit for a moment, you will fall asleep. I don't usually write comments, but this deserves to be recognized. I learned the hard way that a big price tag doesn’t guarantee a good night's sleep. I am so impressed with this EGOHOME mattress! It’s the perfect balance of firm and comfortable... supportive without feeling hard. From the very first night, I noticed better support and a more restful sleep. It holds its shape beautifully and feels high quality. If you like a mattress that keeps you aligned but still feels cozy, this one delivers. Highly recommend!

My mattress was stolen and got a replacement and they did an excellent job of delivering it . It’s the most comfortable mattress

We love these mattresses! We bought one a few months ago for our son when we were re-doing his room. He rants and raves about the mattress and how comfortable it is; how great of sleep he gets; how cool he stays …. It goes on and on! So, when it was time for our other child to redo his room, the first thing he asked for was the same mattress as his brother! I can’t recommend this product enough! Great quality and wonderful value for money. Don’t hesitate!

My shipment is 2 days late and have recv'd no support from either Ego or FedEx, took my money swiftly though.. my knees and back are desperately awaiting this new mattress... if it ever does

The mattress is very comfortable, but the delivery service was terrible. I found the mattress in a broken box, and the booklet with the instructions and the small knife it includes to cut the plastic were thrown off to the side. When I opened the box inside my house, it even had dirt inside. I was not very happy about that.

After placing the mattress where it belongs, I left it for 48 hours as the manual indicates, but when I measured it, it was only 12 inches instead of 14. Although I didn’t have a good experience with the delivery, I can say the mattress itself is very comfortable, and I’ve slept very well these first two nights.

The mattress is very nice and firm. Very good for back. You will feel refreshed in the morning

This mattress is amazing. Its better than sleeping on a dream or a memory. Feeling alone at night? The mattress will hold you.

The sheets are so soft and comfortable. They are prewashed so they are not stiff. Im in love

We absolutely love this mattress. When our toddler was ready for a big girl bed we bought this. I loved that it was less toxic. She loves her bed and so do we. It’s so comfy to lay on with her while we read books at night. I’ve fallen asleep on it a few times. So when my middle son needed a new mattress it was no guess to get this again. He loves it! I know he will have many nights of great sleep and we won’t hear how uncomfortable he is on here.

I purchased my mattress on 11/26/25. As of 12/10/25, I still have NOT received my mattress. I had guest visiting from out of town last weekend and opted to cover their hotel expenses because I didn’t have a mattress to support them during their visit.
It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing for my first time experience with EgoHome because according to FedEx tracking, my 115-lb package has bounced through about 6 different states since it left the facility on 11/28/25 and has yet to make it to me. This is unacceptable. I wish I could offer this review strictly on the quality of the mattress versus my experience of not receiving it. Prayerfully, it will be here by Friday or I will cancel my own order.

EgoHome should consider a new delivery partner.

After surgery, the bed was exactly what I needed during my recovery. It offers exceptional comfort.

Best experience ever! My Ego Hybrid Mattress arrived early. Easy to get the box, into my RV. Placed the mattress on my wood pedestal. Immediately the hybrid mattress expanded. It was truly amazing! Look as if, it was ready to sleep on, right away.
Never had a mattress that adjusted immediately, to my body, until now. I have accumulated body injuries, over the years. Therefore, I deal with pain. In addition, I have had insomnia, for many years.
This Ego mattress is already helping ease,some of my issues . I imagine as time goes on, that I will reap more benefits, sleeping on my Ego mattress is.

I recently switched to and Ego mattress, and I’m honestly thrilled with how much it has improved my sleep. It feels plush and welcoming, but with a solid underlying support that keeps your spine aligned throughout the night. One thing I appreciate most is how well it absorbs movement.
