Absolutely love my mattress!! It was expected to come a week after I ordered it but it ended up arriving within 2/3 days. Which was perfect because I needed it asap. It came rolled up and compressed in a box and took literally no time at all to inflate and was very easy to unpack. It’s so so comfy. It’s soft but still firm enough to support. It’s actually perfect. I’m very happy with my purchase. I also got the microfiber sheet set and they feel so luxurious. I’m obsessed. 10/10 would recommend.

it was easy to set up and I wanted firm mattress and it is firm enough for my dads back. He loves and I orderedthe same for me too. I sleep like a baby on it.

This was a very easy online buying experience. The product was packed very well. It was very easy to install. The first night was a great sleep experience. I was replacing a four year-old nectar mattress on a king size bed.My new EGO mattress had a bit more firmness. I am very pleased with this new mattress from.EGO.

After researching several mattress brands, I decided to get this one. I bought this mattress for my kids and they absolutely love it. I even think it is comfortable for myself and will be purchasing this for my room.

We bought our first mattress in 2025. We like a firm feel and this was perfect. Our sleepless nights turned into restful nights!!! After almost a year we bought another one just the same for our spare bedroom downstairs for our guests. Thank you ECO for the greatest mattress, its a joy to wake up refreshed!! With that said I believe it was delivered within the week it was ordered. It is so easy to set up and roll out!!! Never had to call the company for assistance but I'll bet customer service is as good as the mattress 😁.

I would love to state that I enjoyed my EGO mattress however I never received it and I had to go through Steel to get my money backcabd it been a hassle

The best mattress ever purchased. From the first night sleeping on the EgoHome mattress I had the best sleep ever. I would definitely recommend this mattress and has a 10year warranty.

I ordered the King 14 inch Black Hybrid. The ordering itself was easy and seamless. Shipping was very quick and only took a couple of days. The box came opened at the top but the box flaps were folded in to close the box. I don't know if the company did that, someone in shipping did it or if the bed was a return. It did make me wonder if the mattress had been tampered with (it wasn't) which hindered my trust a little bit.
As I stated previously, the box is super heavy. It took my husband and I both to push it up the 6 door steps and into our home. By that time, the box was just about torn completely apart, because it was already opened. Even with the box torn open the mattress stayed rolled up, which I'm thankful for because it would have been impossible to unroll it on the bed frame if it had unrolled. Again, it's super heavy.
We got the compacted mattress onto our bed frame, opened up the packaging, and allowed the mattress to unroll and "inflate" itself. Honestly, it took seconds to fluff up and we thought that we could go ahead and sleep on it that same evening but we followed the instructions that said to wait 24 to 48 hours. The mattress felt very plush at first but once we gave it the 24 hours to fluff up, it firmed up. Even though the mattress looked ready to use upon opening, it's important to wait because the layers inside need time to fluff and firm up.
My husband and I are a heavy couple. He's over 400 pounds and I'm over 300 pounds and this mattress holds up well under our weight. The mattress is a medium firm but feels firmer which I'm not complaining about because considering our weight a firmer mattress will last longer. It doesn't "give" very much but yet conforms to our body perfectly.
Our first night on the mattress both of us moaned upon laying on it. lol. It was so very comfortable. It took seconds for us both to fall asleep. My husband has never had issues falling asleep but it takes me at least 3-5 business days. Not with this mattress! I was asleep within seconds and I haven't had an issue falling asleep since this mattress. My husband doesn't toss and turn as frequent, if at all now and the movement of the bed is very minimal that neither one of us is disturbed if we roll over or get out of bed. We also wake up with zero pain. We both have sciatica issues but this bed has not irritated our backs at all. We wake up refreshed and ready to go.
So far, I am very pleased with this bed. It's been about 7 days upon the writing of this review but the whole experience has been good. EgoHome gives 100 nights to try the bed but I highly doubt we'll be returning it. This hybrid is the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. The cover of the mattress is removable for easy washing but I can imagine putting it back on wouldn't be an easy feat so I opted for a mattress protector instead. It's nice to have that option though.
Depending on how long the mattress lasts will determine if I stick with this company but as of right now I'll definitely be a returning lifelong customer.

Have only been using the bed for a couple nights now, but honestly it has been so much better for me than the Nectar I had. Nectar was to firm it was rough on my body and I was waking up sore and aching. Since all the other big brands are very similar to Nectar I knew I needed to look for something different. Read a lot of different reviews before making my choice with EGOHOME, and am very happy I did. They are one of the very few companies I came across that sold the plush medium level that I was looking for with a reasonable price tag. It shipped quickly which was a bonus for me. The only complaint I have is it took two people to get it out of the box and adjusted. I’m sure it can be done alone but it definitely would take up more time. Once it was ready to use, I slept well for the first time in a long time. Excited to see how long it lasts me.

Ordering was a breeze. I still haven't use the mattress. Delivery was an issue . I place the order when I was off from work and it was cancelled, so I had to take an extra day of work to wait for it. Finally it was delivered and Fed EX did not eve ring the bell and left it in the hallway, and my time was also delayed yet again. I was about to cancel the order, hopefully this mattress is worth it.

I received my EGO mattress on 1/3. I’m in awe of this masterpiece of a mattress. I feel like I’m sleeping on a hard cloud(that’s a good thing). My last mattress with memory foam topper did nothing for me. I have sciatica on my lower right side and arthritis in my right hip . Only 43. The firmness of this mattress is incredible I hope it stays like this forever lbvs.

For starters the shipping was pretty fast. I’ve been having great sleep. I run hot and this mattress has surprisingly been very cool. I sleep like a baby on it. I definitely recommend others to buy from EGOHOME!
