Great product, easy to use

I had a small technical issue on installation, which was most likely my own doing.
I called Elecbrakes for support and was walked through a simple process of systematic solutions.
We got it working perfectly in no time.

Great product as we have 2 towing vehicles and swap between both. Really easy to install and the app is also really easy to use

Ezy to fit , downloaded app.
Hooked up the van drove 1800km. Only complaint is that when braking to stop, there is a heavier than needed braking applied.
Probably my setup could be wrong

Easy set up used for the first time this week with our van couldn’t be happier

Absolutely love the product, but it didn’t work as plug and play and it took me half a day to work out the wiring was wrong in the supplied plug. Once I got it working I can’t fault it.

I bought a new GWM tank 300 and a forward fold camper trailer, I looked at all major brands of trailer brake systems. I choose elecbrakes because I really didn’t want to dismantle and modify major parts of the dash and if needed, my brothers can just took up the trailer with out worrying if they already have a brake system installed in there cars.
I drove from Newcastle to North Queensland along all types of roads and I spent a few days drive with the camper on the beach, I really likes all the settings though apple carplay on the factory info screen, it made it so easy to adjust

Ordered online from Australia. Quick response and I had the Elecbrake within a week at my door with tracking advice all the way.
I have since recommended 4 people who have all purchased Elecbrake.

The hardware is great only let down by IOS dodgie bluetooth pairing which reoccurs every time I reattatch the caravan.

easy fit as per instructions had slight problem setting up app called and Jeremy talked me through instillation and I located the problem in the cars wiring I found him very helpful and understanding .Have tested it and is all working I would highly recommend this unit

Purchasing and installation was easy
The caravan braking response on default was spot on

Installation and set-up was seamless and uncomplicated.

I thought the Elecbrakes idea made a lot of sense, arrived quickly, install was as easy as advertised, but harness connector gave me intermittent issues with indicators and activating the brakes. Swapped over the harness - hassle free and no charge - and issues completely resolved. Comms with HO were speedy and very courteous. Well done.
