Ordered a ARC vape mini 2 despite the speedy delivery the vape tank was defective hence I couldn’t fill the tank.This in effect rendered it useless.Trying to contact them proved difficult.Would not use them again due to poor Customer care

I ordered liquids at 18.38 on Wednesday and recieved the goods at 9.30 on Thursday. You can’t get better than this! A great product at a really good price!

I order at 6:58pm, expecting to miss the next day delivery. Within minutes, I received an email saying it has been dispatched and within about another hour or so, it was with Royal Mail. Just received my order this morning. Great service! I'm so impressed with how quickly I've received my order. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

First time I've ordered from this company and wow what an experience. Not only did I get the fastest dispatch ever, their customer service skills are second to none.
I received my order and there was a sight issue (my fault). I contacted the company (on a Sunday afternoon) and received a reply the same day.
The issue was dealt with immediately and I was kept up to date via email regarding the progress of my return. I then received my replacement via 24H tracked RM.
I thanked the company and again received a response almost immediately.
I'm not sure if this is a small family firm or not but the way they run their business and their customer service is that of a small company who treats every customer individually and in a friendly professional way, just like customer service used to be many years ago.
