Really disappointed in the quality. The sheer textile is quite pretty, but the back of the pants and bits of the bra besides the sheer cups, are awful and look like they belong on a costume. After buying lots of good quality lingerie from Lounge lately I thought this would be a nice way to keep getting regular pretty sets for a decent price, but my god please just shop at lounge. You'll get similar (better) designs, made with quality materials that actually look and feel good.

Absolutely beautiful lingerie. Such a shame it took just under 3 weeks from ordering to arrive.
With this said, their customer service team are really understanding and friendly.

The company are a scam do not touch them with a barge pole, they took money I didn't get the products paid £31 and they gave me a refund of £6.40, do not get anything form them they will rob you blind.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM.

So difficult to get this right (with both style, taste, and size) and somehow they have and then some! They’ve managed to design a surprise box of lingerie which is so classy and fits like a glove. Such a wonderful idea to subscribe to something elegant just for you as a treat each month and the packaging is so cute. Also super responsive on Instagram! Definitely keeping my subscription 🩷

I am absolutely blown away every time i get my monthly subscription. These sets are magical and so worth the money.

A bit of a rocky start but down to royal mail who are dyer atm in all respects. Customer Service absolutely fantastic at Elia. I actually really enjoyed my conversations with Summer, it felt like actually talking to someone who cares. People are so quick to write off companies at the slightest inconvenience but forget to give newly established or small run business's a chance and grace. Make sure you MEASURE your size to avoid the faff of replacement. We all know as women that it doesn't matter what cup and back we think we are, they change from different companies. My fit was actually perfect, comfortable and I'm feeling rather special wearing a matching fancy set. The little extras are a cute touch, but I can't believe people are leaving out stars because they didn't get the same colour bobble or one less faux petal. BE REAL you are buying lingerie everything else is a bonus. Quality is beautiful, quaint and cute little touches, I love the whole seasons theme, I just think it's a fabulous idea. And I love having something to look forward to every month. Very happy and loyal customer, I wish you all the best.

Beautiful lingerie that fits perfectly. Don’t know I’m wearing it.

Saw this company online and was sceptical but loving nice lingerie I would give it a go. Order is simple they ask sizes obviously and preference to briefs. It’s comes boxed beautifully and when opened it looks fantastic. A nice little right up with little keepsake flowers and petals that can be scattered on a bed or floor to create ambiance. There’s beautiful bra and panties and scrunchie which coordinates to your colours. This month I even had stockings in the box. It’s a real confidence boost it makes you feel fabulous and feminine. It’s top quality and well made can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much

The quality has dropped with the majority of the bras now losing the underwire. Recently the wrong pants have been sent but hopefully that will be rectified this month

Just received my first box I got a monthly subscription omg so cute and it came with so many cute little extras I got a snack body oil and a scrunchie they also put in an extender for the bra in case it needed to go up in size so thoughtful great value for money

I signed up to the subscription boxes with my usual bra size - however when it arrived the bra was too small. I contacted the customer service team who immediately asked for my measurements; replaced the order and allowed me to keep the first set which I gifted to my daughter! Very pretty styles, boxed and packaged beautifully in a pretty little box with free face cream and hair scrunchie. Feels like a real treat!

The choice is so different every month. The staff are SO helpful and lovely. Make it easy to change sizes or pause the subscription. Every bra I’ve had has been soft and gorgeous quality!

I love these boxes and the products. Just beautiful but i find the lace very hard and irritating on the waistband and where edges meet my skin. I have washed sets but the lace is quite irritating, I would love if it waa softer.

I absolutely love my subscription, the quality of the underwear is excellent. They fit perfectly and they are so pretty, I am now on my 4th box and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Started off okay with first box. 2nd box virtually identical to the first. Followed their instructions on how to cancel, in accordance with their policies. Numerous emails, no replies and still taking money- SCAMMERS. AVOID

I have received 2 subscriptions boxes so far. The quality is brilliant and they fit rather comfortably. The cute little gifts you get are amazing too - I look forward to those.
However, when you first set up your subscription, you get to choose your style and colours. I chose black and dark shades - solely for the fact I do not wear colour I only wear black. There is a disclaimer that this is preference only and they might not be able to fulfill request every time, but I only seem to receive the set of the month. Resulting in a baby pink and a baby blue set, as I said they are lovely pieces but far from black and dark shades. So just bear this in mind. I have been in touch and I have been reassured that they will try their best to adhere to my preference.
The delivery time could be better, but the quality is good enough that this is not a problem
Overall, the pieces are stunning, just be mindful as you may need to be open to new colours.
The customer service that I received regards to my issues with the colouring was great, I continued to get updated (even though I hadn’t actually seen them as the emails went to junk)
