Our dogs, one of whom is a very fussy eater, love the food and the treats, it’s so easy to order and delivery is fast and reliable.

The food is high quality and provides great nutrition. Additionally, the service has no equal, so I know I can trust and depend on them.

The kibble and raw dog food is expensive but you feel your doing the best for your dog. My dog has anal gland issues, which is why I decided to try this food. Art the time of writing i don't know whether this has improved by switching food but I'm hopeful

Comprehensive, easy to navigate website. Good range of choices. Ordering system is great and I've had no problems with getting supplies. Most importantly, the dog loves his food and his digestion is settled and stable. Plan to continue.

My pugs love the freeze dried raw and cold pressed foods. They are as convenient to use as dried kibble, but better quality. Both dogs have lost weight and look younger, which has been noticed by many dog-owning friends, who have ordered for their own dogs.

Fabulous support and great food that my dog is thriving on after discovering he is allergic to so many foods.

Superb customer service. The food is absolutely excellent. A follow up call with a canine nutritionist was extremely helpful. The treats are such good value too and of excellent quality and contain no fillers or rubbish. My dogs are very happy indeed!

My dog Ted absolutely loves your treats — they never fail to get his tail wagging! The quality is always consistent, deliveries are quick, and the service feels really personal and caring.

Quality food and great service

James & Ella is an amazing company. I really wanted to feed my dog raw food but had so many concerns about it that I didn’t to it. Then I found J&E compressed raw food which offers all the benefits without the downside and it is amazing. My dog loves it and I haven’t found anything similar anywhere else. The customer service is excellent as well.

Fantastic dog food - I was looking for a high protein food for my old dogs who were experiencing stomach and bowel problems and the change to this food was amazing - would recommend to everyone - even use the kibble as treats it’s that tasty - I use the kibble and freeze dried chicken and also order beef treats. Have been a customer for a year now and wouldn’t change a thing

This is the best dog food for my Maltese. She is very fussy and gets an upset tummy with loads of food. Ella & co freeze dried raw is the answer. Healthy and happy dog now!

Worst company to deal with and the merchandise is cheap

First food my puppy has loved, she gets really excited when the bag comes out and their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend if you want to go down the raw route but can't face the raw meat in your freezer / fridge. Happy customers!
