Willow loves the kibble and raw food, the treats and we have just received the new topper. We had a fussy eater but changing the food has made a difference.

My pug loves James and Ella dog food. Not only that, but her breath and coat quality have improved as well. Brilliant communication from the team at James and Ella to ensure that my pug is thriving on the food.

We're well versed with fussy cats but our Dog was always open to trying different food. Since changing to Ella & Co and accidently allowing is to run too low before re-ordering, our Dog wouldn't eat her old food which we considered was good quality (Orijen) she has clearly now become more cat like in her out and out refusal to eat anything other than Ella & Co. It's great in a way but keeps the pressure up to ensure we don't run out!

Great service and my dog loves the food, I had him on another brand of freeze dried raw and they changed the recipe or manufacturer, it upset my dogs tummy but since he's been on Ella's he is a very happy and healthy dog.

My puppy Cockapoo absolutely loves the kibble and raw freeze dry food. Also I’ve recently bought the treat bags. Bibi loves them so much (in moderation of course).
I really appreciated the follow up phone call from Laura asking how Bibi is getting on with the food. I’ve also sent a question about the right amount of food per day and got a prompt email back and great advice, I won’t go anywhere else for Bibi’s food. Thank you James and Ella xx
