i came to ella off a suggestion from a friend, and i'm very glad i did! the site was informative and easy to navigate. i was able to split my payment in 4s with a platform called quadpay that they offered. i got emailed as soon as my item shipped and it came on time. i got sent an email with instructions how to use the vibe i purchased. overall was a great experience and i highly recommend.

Their prices are better than most...
I used their live chat when I had a question and the staff is knowledgeable and available...a real person and not a bot! Their help is professional and not awkward (considering the question and subject matter!)
My items arrived quickly, but I had a question about how to charge one of them...I started a ticket since it was late, and had an email response the following morning.
I, like many others, was concerned about the poor reviews, but they seem to have their act together!

When I read the bad reviews after I made my purchase I was worried. But I must say that every thing went very smooth from online ordering to delivery for me. It came quickly, tracking showed up in my e mail immediately, and the product totally meets my expectations. Nicely packaged with directions as well. I think this company possibly had a rocky customer service from many of the negative reviews. It seems they have definitely made some improvements. I have zero complaints at this time.

The transaction went smoothly, however the item I ordered is too loud and distracting. The plus and/or minus buttons seemed to be the same speed. The item was not a comfortable fit for me.

Horrible Customer Service
I have attempted to order from here twice. I can never track my orders and I can't ever get anyone to message me back. Ive invested in $100+ in toys and haven't received one. I will not be ordering from here again.

The product I bought worked twice and…
The product I bought worked twice and then wont stay on more than a second. It was after 30 days as stated in their return policy, but they must stand by their products. It cost $80 and I am out that money. I want my money back. They have referred me to the manufacturer who will give me a replacement of the same defective product.
Customer service actually reached out to me by phone which is unusual but kept repeating the same return policy. Junk is junk. I want my money back.

Skeptical of this company
Ordered two items. Received package with only one. No receipt or paperwork was included. Nothing about being shipped in two separate packages. Sent communication to company support. Received an email from no name/anonymous thanking me for contacting them.
When entering a shipment tracking number, it states package delivered. Order history states order shipped an complete. On another page on company website, entering the order number informs me a 2nd package is on its way. At this time, I'm skeptical of the company.
Update: I eventually received both products and was quite satisfied. No longer skeptical.

don't trust this company!! all they want is the money that you can best spent elsewhere.
have been trying to get a replacement product for something i ordered in early december. as of early february nothing has happened despite multiple communications via phone, live chat and email. i finally received an email today informing me my free gift is on the way. i already received that ( useless ) thing. where is my replacement product? i think the point is to give up. they get the money and you get a defective product. fortunately for them it's not returnable and they won't accept a defective product return for a refund as they don't accept any returns ( understandable and desirable but sill not helpful to the consumer with a a product that doesn't work. ) not sure how they are still operating with that business model...

I agree, they are scammers. After two months of getting the run around for a refund on a cancelled order, I got the BBB involved. I received a refund within a day.

Is there any customer service at all?
I ordered and cancelled an item within the same day. "Mario Lopez" emailed saying my cancel request was received and yet they still charged and sent the item to me (the wrong address by the way which would have been seen in my cancellation request #93941). I've submitted like 10 customer service "forms" and have received 0 calls. I finally had the charge reversed by my bank. I'm done dealing with this terrible company.

Terrible customer service and scam…
Terrible customer service and scam artists. They claim no responsibility if a package was not delivered and provide no solutions. They took their time in responding and went back and forth regarding an undelivered package and they said I should report to their delivery system Route, and Route said it was past their time limit leaving you at a dead end. Horrible company. Would not recommend.
