Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They are scam artists. My order didn’t work and they refused to replace it. They insisted it worked even when I sent proof that it didn’t. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a month ago and still have not received my order. Never again. When they do answer my email I get - it,s on the way. I wanted to cancel because they sure took my money fast. They told me to refuse it when it comes. Yeah right when it comes. It’ on the way!

Waiting for over a month
I ordered a gift for my sister on June 12, 2020. It's July 20 and I still haven't received my order yet. I can't cancel my order because the SKU # I need is not on my order. I will never order anything else from them ever again. Since I ordered it through Adam and Eve.com I will also never order from their website again either.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. First item broke, replacement that took forever to arrive broke and now I’m waiting for it to be replaced. Extremely poor customer service. No one to call. It takes days to get a response and when they are out at one location and need to send it from another, they don’t bother to tell you that this has happened and it hasn’t even been shipped, you have to try to contact them and play the waiting game. Do they make amends and apologize or try to send it via express mail? No. Just tell you it hasn’t been sent and to check the tracking link they just gave you. I will never shop here again and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Awful Company. Terrible Customer Service.
Awful, Awful, Awful. This company is just awful. It took forever to get my order. I inquired as to what was taking so long but it took a week for them to get back to me. Basically they take your money and ship the item when they are good and ready. Once I FINALLY received it the item was faulty. It took ONE MONTH for Ella Paradis to answer my inquiry about the faulty item. I can't imagine any company that wants return customers taking a month to answer a simple email. Don't buy from them! Awful!

Scam & lies!
This is getting ridiculous it's been OVER 2 weeks since I placed my order and it STILL HASN'T even been processed yet! It's been OVER a week since customer service told me they'd process my order THAT DAY and my order STILL HASN'T been processed! Is your company a scam? Do I need to contact the BBB to report a scam? There was only 1 employee Caroline Ramos who actually seemed to want to help me even if the answers she got customer support to give me were a lie I'm still grateful for her & only her.

Does anyone even work here?
My item was shipped to an undeliverable address because when creating the lable the last number of my apartment was cut off. This is an honest mistake so I didn't remove a start because of that reason. The item was shipped very quickly which was awesome but since the package didn't make it to me I tracked it all the way back to them and for over two weeks I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone at this company. I was extremely worried that no one actually worked there. Thankfully I paid through Amazon so it wasn't until Amazon was about to refund me my money that they finally replied. Once they replied we were able to resolve the problem but the item was late and I didn't get to give it to my friend at her Bachelorette party.
