If I could leave no stars I would. I made the mistake of ordering from this company without checking the reviews. I assumed they were indeed from London but soon discovered after placing the order and it not arriving or even dispatched in the timeframe they specified that it was indeed coming from China. When it did eventually arrive, it wasn’t the dress that was ordered and was of the poorest cheapest quality. It was ordered to be worn to a wedding for which it did not arrive in time for and I’m now trying to get a refund from the company. Avoid this company at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 x T-shirts at £25 each, believing they were from a London based company. Took 3 weeks to arrive as actually came from China, via the Netherlands, then to Feltham. Dreadful quality and finish.

Took 3 emails to return as each time I asked for return details was offered alternatives and discounts.

Returned today at a cost of £32.58 - £14.95 postage and £16.63 duty.

Report to Trading Standards. Misleading the consumer.

Dreadful experience and lesson to self to check on companies before purchase. Long delivery time (as item was made in Asia), wrong size and inferior quality material.
Asked for an address to return the item and was told I could keep it, purchase another and additional cost to purchase price was £14+ for delivery.
Subsequent attempts met with silence.
Going back to credit card with chargeback request. I suspect I will lose out as the firm, despite calling itself Ellmore London, is based in the Netherlands.

Please avoid.

the pictures are different from actual goods received. cannot return because they say goods are ordered from foreign warehouse. terrible company not the way to run a business.

Awful company. Awful quality clothing and the products don’t even look like the photos on the website. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering.

I bought a two-piece for a holiday and it arrived when I got back! In my latest email I’ve quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (thanks Claude) but from reading other reviews, I doubt it will make a difference.

Received an item that did match the one advertised. Several emails later still trying to arrange a refund / return.

The received shirt was shockingly poor quality and not like the one pictured. Certainly does not feel or look like linen. Did not even have a fibre composition label in it so not convinced its legal for sale.

Poor quality unclear return policy. Overpriced. Avoid this company. Website is totally misleading. Thieves !

Ordered in May, waste of time never sent. Refused to acknowledge issue until after chargeback raised. Do not buy

They’re just common thieves. I ordered a jacket in June. The tracking number doesn't work. I sent several emails, but they only replied to one after a few weeks with something like "thank you for your patience." I need to report them to the appropriate authority.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered a dress and did not match the picture. Has been a nightmare to try and send back. Avoid

Slow to process order. Took three weeks to arrive, after 2 x further enquiries. Product arrived quality and fit extremely poor. Return process unclear at point of order Communication via several robot emails return process .....send it back at own cost, to Dutch address tracked for refund ! ( that cost of that would be further £8) . Not convinced refund will be forthcoming having now read reviews. BUYER BEWARE Site looks lovely, but the outcomes do not match expectations.

They don't deserve even one star.

They described the shirts purchased as 'Linen blend'. There was zero linen, I'm not sure it's even polyester. There is no label to provide information on what it is made from, washing instructions etc.

When I complained and asked for a refund they tried to bargain with me to avoid sending the items back. They used lines like 'we'd like you to keep and enjoy the product and we'll provide a 20% refund' - 'don't spend money on costly return shipping fees when we can provide a 30% cash refund and 60% of paid value in an online gift card'.

An absolute scam and shipped from China, so it takes weeks to arrive and is costly/almost impossible to return.

Please avoid at all costs.

I previously emailed the company about not receiving my goods but you didn’t bother to respond.

The goods have subsequently been received and I have to be honest and say that the items are very poor quality (Chinese) and do not look like anything displayed on your website.

To be frank I can’t be bothered to send the goods all the way back to the Netherlands so I will save myself both the time and money and put them in the recycling

Absolute scam, do not buy from this company. They’ve given up responding to my emails, 6 weeks later no order.

I actually attempted to cancel my order, emailing 5 minutes after placing the order and the website says you have 2 hours to cancel. No response. Shipping informations not updated once, generic email response about an unexpectedly high volume of orders. They don’t say whether they’ll try and get it sent as soon as they can or offer a refund. Fraudulent.

Do not buy from this website. Goods ordered over a month ago and never arrived. No tracking info available and they have now stopped responding to my emails. Don’t waste your time or money. Have reported to Action Fraud.

I ordered and paid for a lilac coloured elegant linen shirt and received a cheap thin cotton dark purple shirt in a different style to that advertised. Having read the reviews I can see it is not worth trying to return it. I will put it down to experience and check Trustpilot reviews before I order from other sites.

Not received order despite being told it was shipped 11 days ago. Informed through shop app that delivery was attempted today however it was not as I was in all day and map showing address in London . I really wish I had read reviews before ordering . Quite expensive item too.

Avoid avoid avoid. I wish I had read these reviews before and not after using them! I would give them a 0 but it’s not an option.
Product turned up late. Quality was atrocious and not worthy of the £50 price tag.
After requesting a return/refund I was only sent the procedure after my 3rd email requesting it explicitly. Each response prior was offering me shoddy alternatives or price reductions on further awful products.
The return address is in THE NETHERLANDS (!!) despite the return address on the package label giving a UK address…
And having just come back from the post office with the information that it will cost me a total of £36 to send it back (postage plus customs duties), it is clearly not worth sending. (Which is of course the whole point of the Netherlands return address). A total and utter con. A joke of a company. I would go so far as to say defrauding people.

*Avoid this Company* Poor Service and argumentative emails, not helpful. Money is what matters to them not Customer service.
Save yourself the time and money. I placed an order and requested to cancel this order an hour after placing it. There T&C's state that an order can be cancelled within two hours or placing the order. They ignored two emails requesting the cancellation and proceeded to send the item. I needed it for a wedding and it was not going to be delivered in time. They then proceeded to argue that I did not email them intime, so I have now sent them proof of the emails I sent within the 2 hour time frame as well as pointing out their own |T&C's stating that i could cancel the order.
I am not expecting their third response to be anymore helpful than the last as it seems that's how they work, email responses have not been helpful, only an argumentative tone.
The phone number on the website is just a mobile with no one answering.

It is a scam. You will never receiver anything!
