Horrendous! Please avoid, I will be reporting to trading standards. Quality of clothes so bad sent with threads hanging off and see through material. Ells’ ignores all messages and emails. Very poor customer service! She has £100 of my money!

I ordered a white co ord set (top and skirt) wore it on holiday for a whole 4 hours and it ripped in two places on the top. Sent them an email to complain and was told because I had worn the item I wasn't able to get a refund or exchange but could have a £10 credit note to spend on the store. I emailed back saying this was not good enough and I would be taking it further with trading standards/citizens advice and I am having a call with them today. Not helpful in the slightest and not any accountability taken whatsoever. I do not expect to buy something for £35 which I have since learnt she buys for half the price and puts her labels in the clothes and doubles the price. If I had brought an item from anywhere else and it was faulty I would have got a refund, I can now not wear that item again. Avoid at all costs.

My experience was a good one, 2 £10 lucky dips 2 tops received current stock arrived in good time. I understand may not suit everyone but I was pleased what can you get for £10 these days ? It’s a gamble, sizes are small but be smart , swap with friends, thrift to charity it is what it says on the tin a lucky dip 😃 give the shop a chance, thank you.

I feel like the items you receive are nothing like advertised through her social media.

The sizes are WAY off and you’d have to order at least two sizes bigger than your normal size to actually be able to get anything passed your thighs.

Returning items isn’t straight forward, I think it’s done purposely so that people don’t bother asking for a refund. Be aware that even if you pay to return all of the items in your order you don’t even get refunded your original delivery fee, when I tried to get it touch about this I was told it’s normal for all retailers not to give you your delivery fee back- I have not experienced this with any of the many retailers I have shopped with before.

I ordered a mystery bundle in medium and received 1 green shirt which was huge, creased and ugly. I can't return as that was the deal.
Not worth £10, poor quality item and I will not order anything else.

Clearly the mystery bags are full of the tat she can't sell.
Ordered one as on tik Tok live she picked out all the bits u could receive. The item I received was not on the live and is pure tat.the material is awful. Also states the order is non refundable. Wow what service!

Bought 10 lucky dips which was £100, she showed what you could receive on her TikTok live.. these were lovely clothes. When they arrived not one piece of clothing was what she showed.. what she seems to do is pack all the good ones on live to draw you in, and the ones that she doesn’t pack on lives is the stuff that doesn’t sell as much. Very disappointed.. I have now unfollowed on TikTok and won’t be purchasing again.. TikTok shop is my go to now!! Can’t go wrong..

Do not give this lady any money for any items I made this mistake and when my item came faulty she’s ignored all messages, comments on TikTok and all emails I’ve now had to take it further the clothes are nothing like she shows they are cheap and poorly made avoid this lady at all costs the rudest person you will ever come across.

The jeans themselves were amazing. However, delivery and returns are expensive, exchanges aren’t allowed. An item quality wasn’t 100% considering the price too

She only picks the nice items to pack on her Lives for the lucky dip, once she’s off she’ll put in any old tat. Half of it is not worth it - I got a random bodysuit that wasn’t even on the website and must have been old stock she was getting rid of

AVOID...ordered a pair of the viral jeans but got a pair nothing like advertised. Orders are sent out with no order number so you cannot request a return on the website like her complimentary card states in the parcel. She then ignores your messages...you are only allowed to send 3...then ignores your emails. Disgusting treatment for people spending their well earned money. Should be banned from TikTok and Trading Standards should investigate this company as total thieves!!!!

The 'viral stretchy jeans' aren't stretchy at all, if anything the waist comes up small with no stretch whatsoever. The videos on tiktok are nothing like the jeans I received. As they didn't fit I had to return them.

When returning the jeans they have charged me postage to return and deducted the postage I originally paid for, aswell as deducting more tax. So I paid £28.99 and I'm only being refunded £21.01. Won't order again.

I honestly can’t understand the negative reviews on here. I got sucked in to a TikTok video and thought I’d give the denim shorts a try. I’ve always struggled to find shorts that fit as a girl with a small waist but bigger thighs and hips. These are without a doubt the best shorts I’ve ever tried. The stretch denim is incredible and doesn’t leave a gape at the waist or cut off the circulation in my legs! I ordered on Friday and they were here by Tuesday, even with the bank holiday. I honestly cannot fault the shorts and service and would happily order more again! I’m a size 12 on top but a 14 on bottom (particularly in Denim) but the Large (12/14) fitted like a glove and completely true to size.

Sizes not true to size. Ordered over a week ago, no order number so I can’t send back. Been missing on Instagram and no response. She clearly doesn’t get back to her customers.

Use to order from her before but will never place another order.

Awful show DO NOT ORDER I don’t know how she can still be up and running and put the happy face on knowing she treats her customers in an awful way and doesn’t care one bit claims she designs her own stuff when really she’s just copying other small brands and creating a replica in cheap nasty material.

I cannot say how much I dislike this brand and would only hope you look at the reviews on herex.

This company is worth 0 stars but would not allow , total distugusting customer service , order 3 lucky dips ,led to believe I would recieve items advertised on her live , but recieved absolute tat, horrible cheap joggers , nasty cheap perfume and a horrible gym set , terrible quality of items , such a con , how she can put that fake smile on her lives when she treats her customers this way , I've sent items back , various correspondence with company and they state I've got to pay for a return of said items back to my address 😡. I comment on her lives and she mutes me , just face up and deal with your unhappy customers instead of being so fake .

Got a lucky dip bag around winter time. Advertised as all sorts of lovely clothes in the range. Got a horrible, itchy beige cropped jumper that I hadn’t seen advertised once 🤔 jumper was really poor quality (has gone to the charity shop) I think the lucky dip is an absolute con as you think you’re getting something you see on their instagram etc but you get grotty old stock that looks like it’s sold on the market. Won’t ever buy from here again

This company is a scam! They replaced one of my products with something similar and since I don't like the replacement and want a full refund, I have to pay for shipping the wrong product to China. Otherwise, if I don't want to pay for the shipping, they will refund me 30% and I keep the undesirable replacement. The website makes you think the products are coming from NC and they say "hassle-free returns", what a crock!! I am so mad and disappointed that I fell for this scam but it looked so real. Lesson learned.

10 lucky dip !!

Have seen it advertised and always clothes and asks size etc , what I got was an awful bottle of cheap nasty perfume, I know clothes wise was a chance you take but no mention of be perfume and nit even a perfume on the website , appears lots of same issue and this girl needs to stop and be open about what you actually might get and I will definitely not be ordering anything from her shop again .I wish I had seen reviews earlier 🙈

Would give no stars but ain’t an option I ordered two £10 mystery bags to which I have not received elles at first responded to emails at the beginning to which she is now ignoring all emails the parcel has been lost in transit and will not respond even the Royal Mail have said that she needs to put in a missing parcel request as I’m not aloud and she is ignoring all contact SCAM PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING date ordered 2nd and still nothing
