I ordered some sports wear which didn’t fit so I returned, she emailed me back saying I had store credit, which was absolutely fine. When I tried to use it she ignored me over and over again! Not professional at all! Straight up scammer

Avoid, awful quality

She recently done a prize draw and I won a paid of headphones from B&M worth £12. (Ticket cost was £8.99)
She advertises it as big expensive prizes but most of the prize are cheap and not worth the money.
DO NOT get tempted to buy from her!!

Took part in a lucky dip and received my prize today really quick delivery and lovely item.

Really unhappy with the item received. Cheap quality and the sizing is ridiculous. Not to mention you have to pay to return. Just don’t bother ordering from this company. I wish I read the reviews first.

Scam, paid for 3 raffle tickets and she didn’t say on live you only get a prize if you get a 5 in your order

Ordered 3 pairs of scrunch bum leggings, all of which I loved. Wore the black pair twice and a seam had burst, I had assumed this must be a faulty pair. When I contacted the seller she told me they weren’t faulty and couldn’t issue me with a replacement or refund. I think this is disgusting taking money off customers for a product that can only be worn twice. Will not be shopping here again.

Ignore all these reviews her clothing is 10/10 AMAZING quality i have ordered on three separate occasions, three pairs of the stretchy jeans, blue, beige and the grey honestly fit like a glove never buying jeans elsewhere else again! no gap at the back! shipping is always super quick in cute pink tissue paper with a little treat inside always, another order on the way now, the stretchy denim skirt and i was lucky enough to win a free ibiza set! she’s always doing freebies and discounts, would recommend to anyone and everyone! xxx

Unfortunately got tempted to purchase the lucky dips due to tiktok live as some of the products looked great and was looking forward to grabbing a bargain. However, what I actually recieved was poor quality and nothing like the lives! Very flimsy material and not worth the price. I should’ve checked the reviews on here prior to ordering

Ordered the viral stretch jeans. Have ordered them in blue, grey and black. All ordered in exactly same size but all totally different lengths and waist size totally different on all 3! :(

I have ordered the blue boom dress and 3 ibiza co ords on seperate occasions and they're exactly as pictured, Great quality and really fast delivery within 2 days it took to arrive

Still waiting onna refund for an item returned 7 months ago. She’s blocked my email address because I send her a picture of a pair of size 12 jeans on top of 5 other size 12 jeans from other brands and hers were litterally half the size. I only did it as the jeans made me think I’d put on a load of weight. She’s literally going to create eating disorders in young girls because she doesn’t have sizing correct. I had my size 6 friend put them on and they were only a teeny bit too big

Ridiculously cheap material and very overpriced. Lucky dips are just a waste of money, it’s never been what she is showing off on TikTok live. It’s £3.99 for delivery but, £3.99 for RETURN when the product had been faulty.

Avoid.. would give no stars if I could. Cheap clothing that is nothing what she advertises it should be. Sizing is also way off. Do not order.. shein is far better!

I’ve seen so many negative comments, but i must say her jeans saved me. I have been searching for a good high waisted stretchy jeans and i’ve never found them until now. I have them in three colours. Now im just waiting on skinny jeans and a skort and im settled🤩… i haven’t bought any other stuff tho but i absolutely love the jeans. I am normally a size S but in the jeans im an XS and they fit like a dream.

Absolutely clothing is tat! All the smiles when she’s selling items all false 2 shirts were put as size s/m m/L when infact they were one size. Purchased what she called a dress nothing like on website it was really short and totally see through more of a beach top. Her sizing are totally wrong she claims to have her jeans made that are only available from her total rubbish all boutiques are selling same jeans. Also tried to return filled form out which is a nightmare I was waiting for a return label to then receive a email to say go onto the web to do the return yet I’d already done it. £250 up the wall for a load of old tat clothes some of which I’ve now seen on SHEIN WARNING BEWARE OF BUYING FROM HER

never had a good experience with this company! first time I purchased something was a £10 lucky dip, the item arrived with a massive stain on and the response I got was that I could pay to return the item for a refund even though I’d already paid £4 delivery the first time. second experience, I ordered some jeans which cost £38 plus £4 delivery, they arrived and didn’t fit me so I returned them within the 28 day return period to be told that I was out of the return period and that the only way forward was to pay another £8 to have the item returned to me? awful company, steer clear at all costs!!

I had an unreal experience ordering from Ella, she is the loveliest girl, a very genuine person, I have ordered from her 3 times and each 3 times were wonderful, the material is perfect, not see through, I ordered 2 winter jackets and they are perfect and keep me warm aswell as being beautiful jackets

She advertises all of her best items and gaslights you into thinking you will get nice outfits, then gives the cheapest items possible which are dreadful quality. I do understand a lucky dip is not guaranteed however I have seen other reviews saying the same thing.
