A scam website. The order took 3 weeks to arrive and I tacked it across china for the first 2 weeks. When it arrived i wàs totally underwhelmed v what i thoughtbi had bought. It was definitely not what was advertised on the website. I paid 29.95 for a lit, vanity mirror. At best it's a £ 5 item. Poor quality, plastic.
Avoid this website.

SCAM ..!! AVOID !!! ..do not buy . Never got the lights . Gave me a tracking no and its says couldn't find order . Ask to cancel and get a refund but they keep insisting my goods are coming and phone line always busy.

Total scam!!! I purchased what I thought would be an illuminated reindeer for outdoor use in mid-December. It’s just arrived (from China) and is a small, thin piece of glass with a very small set of lights to wrap around it. The poorest quality I have EVER seen. So disappointed for the £45.99 cost. I hope lots of people read this and are put off ordering from this website.

I also ordered the reindeer, arrived late, broken in half and absolute rubbish

Bought a kimono style dressing gown and it is really thin and not the waffle material promised. Also took ages to deliver as everything comes from China. They said I can get a refund if I pay return to China! I refused and quoted the consumer rights. They then offered 10% refund, then 20% then 50% then 70%. I did finally agree and thought I would keep it but then noticed the material was upside down. I contacted them again but they said because I accepted the 70% yesterday the case is closed. Totally awful experience and I urge you not to buy from these people. They sound sympathetic but they are reluctant to comply with Consumer Rights and make it a fight to get something which is our right!! Disgusting service and shoddy items

This place do not buy. Bought a Christmas decoration with no lights and showed to go outside. It is only the size of a piece of paper and I have to pay to ship back. They will only give me a 20% refund

These are scammers. They say they are in the UK but are in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Am in the process of getting a chargeback - they are scammers.

This is definitely a scam website. My order took a while to arrive and I realised it was being shipped from outside UK. It finally arrived broken. It was definitely not what was advertised on the website. I ordered outdoor reindeer Christmas lights. I had checked the product description before placing the order. I received a 3D printed plastic reindeer with LED fairy lights to wrap around it!! When I emailed their customer service for a refund on damaged and absolutely rubbish item, I was offered a 50% refund or a replacement. There is no mention of a 50% refund on their website.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking UK website. I ordered what was advertised and pictured as a "plush, lined fleece" for £59.95. What arrived was a cheap, sheer, unlined garment of completely different material—not fleece at all and entirely unfit for purpose.

When I contacted them to reject the item under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they refused to provide a UK return address or a prepaid label. Instead, they insisted I pay for tracked shipping to China (Dongguan) at my own expense. This is a classic tactic to make returns prohibitively expensive so customers give up.

They are trading unlawfully and I am reporting them to Trading Standards through Citizens Advice.

They also tried to offer a "20% goodwill refund" to keep the low-quality item, which I declined. I am now recovering my money via a bank chargeback.

Avoid this site—they are drop-shipping low-quality alternatives from China and hiding behind a UK front.

On Companies House, they show as from Indonesia and the Netherlands. Un-verified until June 2026.

I ordered a new Christmas outdoor decorations the order took 3 weeks to arrive from CHINA!!! at not point do they state that the items are shipped from China, I ordered a pre lit Wreath the order came a few it requires me to assemble place the bow on and fed the lights through the ribbon which could damage it.

It is extremely poor quality.

After a bit of a battle managed a 70% refund. Also found the address in London doesn't even exist.

I wouldn't buy anything from this company ever again. I ordered several garlands for a wedding, I had to email them several times as the tracking didn't work, it just said the order number wasn't recognised,they emailed back to say it was still on the way, definitely not from the UK, it was on the way from China. They took much longer to arrive and when they did finally arrive they were all stuffed into a small bag and were way below standard and didn't look like the photo. Stay well clear, they say they are UK based but I doubt they are

I ordered several items that have arrived to be very poor quality… and not cheap.
I asked for a refund and have been battling AI responses via email for the last week equating to over 30 emails. They are refusing to cover the cost of return postage as it transpires to get a refund you have to send items to China. This is NOT laid out at all in the terms and conditions of their website. I’ve never been so disappointed and angered by a purchase.

Product was far inferior to what was advertised. I got a snowman decoration that was supposed to "move" meaning it was supposed to look like the snowman was throwing packages. However, what showed up was a sheet metal cutout of a snowman and a string of bendable twinkle lights that were alternating colors. Even if I wired them to the snowman cutout, it STILL would look NOTHING like the picture. And I'd have to figure out how to wire it to the snowman by myself. I paid $55 for this. This is absolutely NOT worth $55. When I brought this to customer service, they offered me $5. Are you kidding? I MIGHT pay $5 for the product that showed up. It was listed as having grounding anchors, but I don't even have that. What would I recommend for this company to improve? Give up and go get a day job.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. It is a complete scam set up, when or if you get something delivered it will just be some cheap knock off crap from china. My item took over 2 weeks to arrive and was NOTHING like what was advertised. Customer service is non existent.

HORRIBLE! Snowman with presents. Looks like he’s juggling packages. Item is laser cut and about 12” tall. Lights are not even attached, they don’t move in unison like it shows on the website. Do not purchase anything through this company.

The product listing for the skiing reindeer is intentionally misleading. The photos suggest a high-quality 3D garden decoration with warm lighting. In reality, it is a flat plastic picture of the described item... Customer support is non-existent and the return policy is a trap designed to keep your money. A total waste of time and cash.

I too ordered the Moose on skis. Their web page clearly shows a 3 dimensional moose with a floating scarf and holding ski poles, $130 on sale for $65, a fair price for a wicker-style lawn decoration. Regardless of the description and details, the THREE images on their page are supposed to be what arrived as a 2 dimensional printed plastic item that is clearly based on a picture of the actual item displayed. Bait and switch, absolute scam.
30 day returns are an added insult as once you eventually get back into their website, there is no history presented for past orders for organizing a refund/return.
Will have to resort to my credit card to recover.
