Ordered a Tiffany style lamp…. Arrived two weeks later….. lamp did not work when plugged into usb port… sent them video proof…. They then said the item was as described on their website….. when does a lamp that is supplied with a usb plug that you plug in and doesn’t work be as described???? Poor customer services AVOID at all cost my bank will help get my full refund as I used a card to pay…

I’ve put one star as I can’t go less, ordered a Christmas LED moose on skis for the garden, it was just a Perspex with print on one side, an absolute joke for the money, should have been less than £5 note, but reduced to £45 from over £80. Description and quality in breach of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

This company is a total disgrace and should not be able to legally still be open to sell goods. They are a complete scam and the goods are nothing like they describe or show on their website. Surely this against trading standards !! I bought a £80 clock claiming to have solid mango wood. It was all plastic and no wood not even worth £8 and no chance of recovering my monies back !! Shut this company down !!

I order Christmas decorations that took 3 weeks to come and when they arrived it was a blow up beach ball, well it might as well of been, ask to return the item as it was late and not the product I ordered. I was told I would have to pay for the return to China, the company shows as registered in the UK but that's a rouse, DONT TRUST THEM - SHODDY PRODUCTS AT HIGH PRICES.

Ordered a Christmas present LED reindeer and ended up with a cheap plastic cut out. They're selling crap!!

So I have to select a star only because I have to. Ordered 50% black friday light up garden ornament but received a 3d print of the said item. 30 emails and got offered 10% off next order, 20% off next order. It kept going up until they offered a 20% refund and return to china. 30 emails later and it got escalated purely as I threatened to report the company to the Hong Kong police for counterfeiting. Dodgy as fudge. Ended up being promised 50% refund. No idea if I will ever get it but I am making this my mission to ensure everyone is aware of these dreadful scammers.

Do not order from this company unless you are sure you know exactly what you are getting the pictures are mis-leading and you will not get what you think you have ordered. In addition to this you will also wait up to three weeks for the item to arrive.
Please beware my experience has cost me £44.95 not the end of the world but not much of an Xmas present either.

DO NOT TOUCH. They send a sub standard copy and then do not refund. I have reported them to Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog to try to get the message out to stop other people sending them money. I have read from others that they are a CHINA based company using a UK address.

Do not buy from this website ordered a light up Christmas reindeer for outside use to be sent a plastic sign with reindeer on it so paid 45 pounds for a plastic sign absolute rubbish

Do not order from this company!!! They show one image on their website and send you ridiculously cheap junk that doesn't remotely resemble that image you thought you were purchasing. Customer service will surprisingly respond to your refund request, but when you send them the requested image of what you actually received, they will tell you that you were sent the correct item, even when faced with the comparison image of what they show online. They will want you to pay return shipping or they offer a 30% discount code. What a joke. I believe they are a fly-by-night company operating to make as much money as they can until people get wise to their scam. My only recourse is to dispute the charge on my credit card, which I have already put into motion.

I got charged double for a cat lamp and they took a payment twice, the picture on the website looks like stain glass. It's not the generated the photos with AI. They then make the products hard to track so you don't know if they will show up or not. On the website it looks like they are London based but they are based in China. On the website they have a 30 day guarantee return. That's a lie, I said I wanted to return the lamp and then they said I'd only get 20% back and I'd have to pay the postage. I argued because it's against consumer duty and then they agreed the full refund but I'd have to send it back to China. It's not a UK website and the phone number on the website is fake. ***DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE***

Placed order for a plush gents bathrobe priced, supposedly half price, at £59.95, but, after weeks waiting, was sent a thin, clearly inferior, imitation of a robe. When I complained, the company had the audacity to offer me a 30% discount on a future order! What a rip-off.

This is a scam website with fake London address listed but actually based in China. Majority of items are clearly Ai generated but unfortunately the director of the company I work for didnt check and placed a big order of Christmas decorations. We received absolute tat, the adverts were clearly ai and then they'd clearly tried to make the ai generated items in real life, they were inflatable and looked nothing like the advert!, it would have been laughable had it not cost hundreds of pounds!
Attempted to return but was given an unregistered address in China to send to at our cost with no promise of an actual refund if the items ever reached there.

A complete scam!
I order one product on 20/11 and was charged 3 times on my credit card. The goods have not arrived.
I have reported the fraud to Mastercard .

What they showed in the picture was absolutely nothing like what I received. Glass and hand made. Total lies, £25 for something that's looks about £4. Do not trust this website. I would love to upload pictures. You would all understand.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Its a scam (check their registered office and parent shell company Wout LLP) and clearly just a front for cheap goods from China.

I waited over a month for some spot lights - turns out they were getting shipped from China and arrived just to be an extermely poor quality product and not as advertised. The packaging didn't even match the product and was celotaped together like I'd just got them 2nd hand from Ebay.

They do not answer the customer service phone number and incredibly difficult to understand the returns process - I have asked 4 times now with no clear understanding of what I need to do.

Really unhappy ordered a dressing grown for a birthday present . It says the average delivery is 5 to 8 days. I ordered it two weeks ago. They’ve sent a tracking number but it’s unresponsive because it hasn’t been sent. I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse to give it to me.
