The clothing is HIDEOUS. The sweater that looks woven online arrived and looks like one of those cheap pressed blankets from donation sites. The pants were made of cheap material and swam on me, the sizing was so off. They don't do refunds as in China but offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. What next purchase? Fool me once and already done. WHAT A RACKET.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM

The dress received was a bad silk screen on a HORRIBLE dress. The cotton linen calendars I have as rags would make a better quality garment. I LITERALLY use better dust rags. Let that sink in a moment.

Very disappointed. The dress looks NOTHING like the picture. The description says fabric print, but the photo has embroidery that does not exist on the real dress. Plus the dress is not 100% cotton anything. It feels like plastic.

I ordered a blouse that had lace and was supposed to be made of cotton. I got a synthetic photocopy of the blouse I ordered. Do Not Buy from this company!

I wish i had read this site first! I have just received a rag that looks nothing like the photo and is not 3D. Nothing more than a scam. Im disappointed in myself.

Disgusting products and no-where near the advertised product

Clothing received looks nothing like clothing in the images posted. I bought what was described as 100% linen and 100% cotton. I got 100% plastic polyester. No embroidery, just horrible printed fabric. Clothing was poorly sewn and had no care labels, just a tiny square tag with the size. Horrific scam of a company that advertises under many different names using the same images. I am still in dispute with them for a full refund after they offered me 25% refund. They wanted me to ship back to China, at my own expense, the poor excuse for clothing, and then if they found nothing wrong, would refund my entire purchase. I will not rest until this company ceases operations. My credit card company has my back on this and I will get the full refund. I'm just trying to save others from the hassle. I donated the nasty clothing, all placed back in the original plastic packaging, although I am assured by the local charity shop that the items went straight into a container for shipment to missions in some other country. Maybe the recipients can find a use for the rags as just that.

Unless there is a Colorado in China that I don't know about it's safe to assume that this is a Chinese company that claims a Colorado residence. Material is flimsy, art work is amateurish and the quality is poor. Also, customer service is a joke.

What a rip off

They're nothing more than a scam site. They claim their clothing is all cotton and linen but the truth is it's all the garbage that comes from China in a polyester blend that is such poor quality. They also don't respond when you ask about refunds.

Please just run away from this site!!

Three shirts, none of which are properly represented in the photographs shown. Despite checking the measurement guide they are all 2 sizes two small. The fabrics are awful and I'm pretty sure quite flammable. Not noted of course. One shirt shows it is embroidered, it is not, the 'embroidery' is photographed poorly onto the fabric. MY point, BUY something somewhere else.

My experience is solely with the scam company that is "ELEVEN Forest" (which, by the way, you should absolutely avoid!) I'm writing this review only to help raise awareness of the mistake made by several misguided fools who did not notice the difference between the names of these two company.

Jeeze people can you make it any more confusing? 11 spelt wrong 11 spelt right??! The LEGITIMATE company should just change their name if they want to avoid being associated with a scam website! Now I wouldn’t know WHO to buy from! Such a shame! If it’s a legitimate company and they have all these beautiful clothing and nobody knows whether they’re a scam or not what’s the point in buying from them? I’ll pass.

Please be aware that this company is NOT “Eleven Forest Creations.” There has been confusion that may hurt “Eleven Forest Creations.” This is typical of a scam site.

Please read CAREFULLY. This is for ELVENFOREST. The people who are complaining here are complaining about ELEVENFOREST (which is, in fact, a scam company). ELVENFOREST (As in ELVES, not the number 11) is a legitimate company. They also have an etsy page with tens of thousands of sales and satisfied customers.

Everyone reviewing here needs to look at the two spellings! THIS trust pilot is for "elvenforest". Note the missing "e"!! THAT is the company in Colorado. Then there is a Chinese company named elevenforest. Note the spelling difference? With this realization, all these bad reviews are done by people not realizing the difference.

Ordered dress with sea turtle print. Product nothing like photograph, fabric design and print super cheap and sleezy. Product was inexpensive and arrived when expected. Will not purchase from them again

Items not as described or pictured on website. A cardigan ordered as Khaki in colour arrived and it was Peach colour. Items delivered 1 week after email saying they had been delivered. Email sent to company immediately on receipt of items, still waiting for a reply 1 week later.

I am disgusted that this company is allowed to trade. The website is beautiful, the clothes so dreamy. I treated myself after a long stint in hospital. I spent money that I couldn't really afford, but wanted to feel good about myself. What arrived is a disgrace. I am really upset. Awful cheap printing on cheap materials. NOT as shown in the images on the website. The clothes are not wearable. Having looked at other comments, I am not even going to waste my time and strength trying to get a refund. SHAME ON YOU!

Elevenforest, sounds like the only way this lot can improve their rating is by closing, have I been fooled again? The merchandise looked genuine, only going to lose £27 but a pensioner and it is a kick in my false choppers. Just wished I had seen reviews first, they have not answered email, if anything turns up I will be suprised. Plus 30 years with my bank that will not block a payment, great!
