SCAM, awful company. They sent substandard clothings...nothing like the images. Refused to refund money. I even returned the item to China and still no refund. HORRIBLE!!!!

Horrible scam. Lied about materials used (not linen), cheap printing on sleazy shiny fabric, sweaters are not knit as advertised but cheaply printed also, quality is not something you’d ever wear. They make returns impossible - 4 weeks of back and forth correspondence and then they want to charge “transportation costs” even though you have to pay for shipping. They won’t specify charges or let you know refund amount and say risk of shipping/their receipt is on you the customer. A complete racket!

If I could rate less than 1 I would. False advertising at it's best! Don't buy.

Elevenforest is a horrible fake company! I could not even access their supposed email address because there is none! Customers must be careful about doing business with these fake Chinese companies. I was never able to get confirmation of my purchase with an order number and a date. Please read the reviews before doing business with these dishonest characters!

I think the people reporting here are confused. I went to both elvenforest.com and elevenforest.com. Elvenforest is the one that says its based in Boulder Co. It has tops and simple dresses in the 150 dollars plus range which looks fairly priced. The elaborately embroidered linen Celtic designs are from the other website: elevenforest.com. They are unrealistically priced: 25 to 35 dollars a dress (including ones that should cost several hundred dollars if they were real). It would seem that "eleven forest" is the Chinese knockoff not "elvin forest." Of course its possible they are both fraudulent companies but I don't think so. I almost purchased a "too good to be true" dress from Eleven Forest but came here to Trust Pilot first. I am so glad I did so!

Horrible, horrible company. The actual product is not like what’s pictured. The sweaters aren’t knit, they’re printed on a tightly knit cheap fabric. The tshirts are on cheap polyester material and a size S was huge on my 135# body. The sweatshirt was really not sweatshirt material but the same tight knitted material that doesn’t feel good.
Try to return them???? Oh no, you need to send them to China at your expense and it will take a long time. They totally discourage it!!! So they finally offered a 20% discount on the next purchase, and the a 30% discount…as if I would ever buy from them again. Either way it was going to cost me a bunch more money and I had already thrown enough money to this rip off company. So I let it drop, no return, I won’t use the discount, too much hassle.
It says they’re based in Boulder, Colorado. I trusted that, it’s probably just a mailing address.

I bought a lovely Icelandic knitted sweater, and I thought it was Elevenforest.com but it was Elven Forest creations. the website is elvenforest.com. Anyway, the sweater turned out to be a cheap printed sweatshirt. Nothing like the picture. Then when I asked for a return authorization they told me that they were not going to pay for any of the return costs. I went to my local post office and the US postal service worker explained that it is very expensive to ship over seas to China. I decided not to send it because the cost of shipping was more than my item refund. I will never buy anything from a company in China. I learned my lesson.

TOTAL SCAM.......you'll lose your money, they advertise on Youtube so watch out, i lost £120....... i've complained to Youtube but they're still active there

If I could have scored zero that would have been too much. A complete scam. Reported to Action Fraud yet I continue to have regular adverts pop up. BEWARE!

Do not buy from this site! It's a con they show pictures of woolen jumpers, what you receive is a sweatshirt with a cheap print of a wool jumper on it. Not sure how they getaway with this it's false advertising. Like others have said cost of return not worth it!

This is a shiny knock off of the America company it’s from china. So much for knitted product with some embroidery highlighting some of the flowers. I wouldn’t buy it to do my house work in. It cost to much to return , so it will be going to charity shop.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering- the pictures are of knitted products- they are actually printed patterns on very poor quality fabric - so disappointing- the items are absolute rubbish- avoid purchasing from this company - they are a disgrace

To be honest I would have given zero stars if possible I ordered a knitted cardigan and got a shiny sweatshirt with a print of a knitted cardigan in it absolutely rubbish really horrible. When I complained they offered a 20% discount on the website but having seen what they were selling I said I'd rather have the refund. Skip to a drawn out email exchange and I'm told I have to cover return costs and any taxes or customs. I've done the sums and it would cost me twice what I paid originally so it will go in a charity bag and I will take the loss don't purchase from this site bunch of con artists

The picture was of high quality knitted cardigans so I ordered 2 at 85 dollers what I recieved was 2 really poor quality printed jacket type rubbish it looked like they had taken a postage stamp sixed image and blew it up several 💯 times until the image was blurred I have never seen such rubbish when I complained I could accept half price or return which cost nearly half price STEAR CLEAR
