Obviously didn’t read reviews before I purchased! Eventually after over 3 weeks I received my sandals, poorly made and way too small… I paid £28 and reading from reviews will not be sending back as too much hassle… won’t be using again!money wasted !!!!

Took the money immediately, chased for order progress after a week, got an auto reply and now they’re ignoring me. Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Big mistake! £53 out of pocket.

The item was not the size I ordered and all they could do was 20% off this company is a total scam don't buy. Implies it from London in china totally useless.

Awful quality product, too small, complete waste of money. When asked to return items was told would have to pay to send back to china through DHL with tracking which costs more than what I spent in the first place!! And even then they could reject the refund. Absolutely horrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Scammers

I would give it no stars if I could.
Despite claiming to be a London based company of their website, they refuse to give any UK based address for returns and do everything in their power to not let you return any product. Instead trying to offer a 1% or 5% refund. No help with customer services, incredibly bad product, and nothing but lies on the website. Never use

I ordered the sports bras, based on my size. The items arrived and they are nothing like they are advertised! The material is not suitable for sports bras and the cup sizing offers no actual support.
I am now trying to return my items and all they want to offer me is 10% off and for me to keep the items. They are wanting me to spend over £40 on items that I am never going to wear.
Awlful customer service and awlful product - do not purchase!!

Ordered a jacket xxxl I checked size guide jacket arrived but was far too small but trying to return the jacket was made very difficult by the vendor. Finally PayPal got involved at my request they secured a refund and instruction for the return address which was in the Netherlands. The company refused to accept the return from the courier but PayPal ruled in my favour for a full refund. Thankyou PayPal.

Ordered the sports bra I’ve been seeing constantly online. Ordered the correct size for me according to their information and it arrived (finally after a long wait) and it’s half the size it should be. Poor quality and not fit for purpose at all. Heed the warnings and don’t order!

Absolutely diabolical. Placed an order and had no communication from them whatsoever. A lot of money to loose. A scam sight if ever I seen one. Do not order from these people. Not happy whatsoever, a terrible experience.

Same as everyone else. Sports bra not true to size, offered a 15% refund (even though they’ve stated they won’t refund on bras) and advised to sell it on. Wish I’d done my research before buying. Hong Kong based despite being called Elysian LONDON. Crap service!

Sport bras I bought are not true to size and when I asked to return items, they told me to give it away and they would give me a 20% discount on my next order. Shitty company

Unable to give zero stars. Item delivered does not fit description of item advertised. Offered a 15% refund, which I declined. They then offered a 20% refund despite their website stating that full refunds are given if incorrect item is sent. Clearly a shi*ty scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 3 coats just after Christmas, totaling over £300. After 3 weeks of waiting the coats arrived; 2 XXL 1 M. None of the coats fit, they are all too small. Contacted the company asking to return the coats for a full refund. Over the next 3 weeks, they offered me 20%, 25% then finally 30% partial refund to keep the jackets. The returns form they sent me said that I could only use DHL to return the parcel to China. A quick quote showed that it would cost over £100 postage.
Therefore, I accepted the 30% refund.
Do NOT order from this company. Their online website looks like you are ordering from the UK.

Ordered a coat XL waited 2 weeks and coat turned up tried it on but a bit tight, but there is no size label in coat and feels like a Medium so how can I argue with them that they have sent wrong size ?

Absolute rubbish company, would never buy again . Sent for a jumper advertised at £29 , £49 was taken out of my a/c When the jumper arrived it looked like some old granny had knitted it on evening. Nothing like the picture . Don't waste your money

My husband bought a watch for my mother’s 70th birthday. No watch appeared and I have no idea how to contact, as when I try safari can’t find the page. I know we will get no answer to this

The company could message me back iv emailed them 3 times now no reply ..I still haven't received my watch and it was 38 p0und ..if I don't receive my watch with in the week or 2 I will be getting in touch with my bank and get a investigation in place to stop you from defrauding any one else

Never received my order. I emailed and they responded that the order was in transit. Twelve days later I emailed again and received an "Address not found" message twice. I went to the website and the order tracking option leads to "This site cannot be reached". It was 27 days from the time I placed the order to the time I received the returned email. Now I have dispute the charge on card.
