Terrible experience, people don't buy to them!! I am starting to believe they are scam.I purchased 5 products approximately one month ago for pregnancy-related use and expected to receive them within a reasonable timeframe. At the time of purchase, I was not aware that part of my order would be unavailable due to stock shortages or that delivery. They still no confirmed dispatch date. Regarding policy refund, they said me they can't refund once the order it's been placed.
I requested that my order be cancelled and that a full refund be processed within seven (7) days, I am still waiting their answer, but if the refund cannot be provided, I will need to seek further advice and assistance from Consumer Affairs Victoria and my payment provider regarding my rights and available options.

Poor service ordered tights nearly two months ago yet to arrive - would not use this company again.

Placed an order one month ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I emailed asking for an update and they said they'll ship it as soon as they can. Two weeks later I followed up. They still cannot confirm when items will be shipped. I then sent an email asking to cancel my order for a refund, as it's not reasonable to be waiting more than one month for items to even be shipped (these were not listed as 'pre order'). They said their policy is not to cancel and refund orders. This strikes me as breaking Australian consumer law where products must be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

Ordered on the 15th May and followed up after a week of not receiving tracking information. I was advised that it was a pre order (it states this in the tiniest writing under the heading) and it would be shipped out at the end of May.
I followed up the first week of June and received the same msg.
After looking into a bit more, I've requested they cancel my order and have received no reply from my 3 follow up emails.

I have made an order on the 15th of May until now I haven’t received anything I have emailed them twice still no answer or reply. I live in australia so it’s not that hard to ship or answer an email I do understand the rush and sales but I had shipments come from china quicker than this it’s almost a month. Very poor customer service hopefully I get my money back or my package

Do not order from here; Quality is TERRIBLE!! I was gifted post partum tights and shorts to help with recovery from a girlfriend at my baby shower - unsure who as the gift wasn’t labelled. When I went to wear them the very first time, all the stitching of the seams along the top came undone and have since all fallen out, prior to any wash. They were brand new out of the original bag with tags. Incredibly poor quality, making them unable to be used for my recovery.
I contacted the Emamaco team a month ago with photos and an explanation about not knowing who gifted them (hence no receipt) and have since been on a wild goose chase going back and forth with customer service about what could be done. They offered a replacement pair which is fine however wouldn’t cover the $15 shipping meaning I was going to be out of pocket for postage. Annoying but I eventually just agreed to go ahead and cop the postage costs so I could swap the tights - only to be told I now need the name of the friend who purchased or original receipt which as I explained I don’t know and don’t have. Regardless of which friend purchased it, the tights are FAULTY, literally falling apart at the seams and all I was seeking was a swap, not a refund.
I have all the original bags and tags proving they were new and am so annoyed I’ve wasted a month - without any working post partum tights - trying to get this resolved to find out they won’t do anything. Don’t order from here, buy your PP gear elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

Awful customer service. I had selected the wrong items and when confirmed with their customer service department I had a response pretty quickly about getting a store credit to order what I'd meant to. I thought fantastic the reviews were wrong! NO I was wrong. After I confirmed I was happy to do a store credit I never heard back. I followed up 4x saying is his confirmed please don't shop I don't want to deal with the hassle of that got a notification yesterday it's been shipped and I'm pissed.

I ordered $140 worth of maternity leggings on sale, over 6 weeks ago. I have tried following up with customer service and have had no response to my emails. I would not trust this company.

Always advertising sales which is misleading. Bought as a need for my pregnancy requiring compression support and was recommended them. However, I've been waiting 4 weeks which is extremely disappointing and not helpful for my pain or what I require them for. So by the time I get them, I won't actually need them. I wish I had read reviews first and bought elsewhere. Definitely not worth the wait. No communication from them either.

My order took 6 weeks to be delivered. When you purchase a post partum product (to help with recovery) you would expect to use st least fome of the first 40 days/ 6 weeks pp? Well order yours well before you give birth
They would not suspend/ cancel order while o was waiting.
When it arrived, wrong sizing and material installed comfortable m.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month now. Their sizing charts are so far off it’s ridiculous! They agreed to a refund a month ago, I sent the items back following their instructions and now I’ve been ghosted. I keep following up with email but get no response! I just get constant spam emails from them.

Would give no stars if I could. Placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago. 3 items in stock, 3 on preorder. No where did it state while ordering that nothing would be sent until all items are available. I have contacted the company twice and found it incredible hard to get a response. Upon response, they refuse to cancel and refund the order despite the fact that I will not need half of the items by the time they are available. Customer support team are useless and just keep repeating that they cannot refund the order despite this being against ACCC guidelines.

Awful company. Order placed 16th Dec 2025, money taken, nothing received. Endless unhelpful email conversations with so called support team. In the end I eventually asked for a refund but they refuse to grant that and still I have not received my order. Do not shop here!

Worst worst worst. I have never seen such incompetent team. I ordered my products on 4 jan now its 1.5 months I received only one product but the website shows all products are delivered. Customer Care is irresponsible they are saying they can't cancel the rest but they also don't have the product in stock. When do I wear the maternity leggings? After my delivery. This is absolutely irresponsible business. They let you order a out of stock products and don't ship unless you consistently email them to cancel. That to half the order.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The quality of the products are awful, cheap and no where near the size recommendation on the website. The response from the team is non existent and with no reply or maybe 2 weeks after. No refund offered, just a store credit which I will never use. Disgusting company ripping off pregnant women with false advertising.

Please do not buy from Emamaco, the sizing and cut is absolutely terrible and they will not do refunds.

Worst company ever!! Stay away! I am never usually one to write a review but after placing an order on 26th September for 3 pairs of pregnancy recovery tights I still hadn’t received my parcel by December 1st!!! By then I was 4 months postpartum so didn’t need the tights anyway. They were honestly horrible to deal with and the tights were crappy material that I could have ordered off SHEIN. I will be sticking to LSKD as their tights quality is hands down the best. 0 stars for Emamaco. Hope they shut down so no one else gets scammed

I placed an order on the 7th of September and am still waiting for over half of it, despite being told twice now that its been re-sent. They refuse to give me a refund and will only offer for the items to be re-sent (even though one of the items supposedly keeps selling out) or a store credit. I will never be shopping with this company again!!!!

My wife bought the recovery shorts from Emamaco 15 October 2025. The website clearly states 1-5 days for processing and 1-10 days for delivery - a maximum total of 15 days (just over 2 weeks). It took 6 weeks to revieve the product, which was 3 weeks after my wife's surgery. We reached out to Emamaco on a weekly basis as we hadn't received any order status update or shipping confirmation/details.
After a few ignored emails, they eventually responded to say it would still be weeks before the item was shipped and it would be shipped from an international warehouse. This extensive delay was never communicated in the sales process - we had no idea it was on back order and wasn't in stock and would take ~3x the processing and delivery times stated on the website. 4 weeks after ordering, the surgery had already happened and the product still hadn't even left the offshore warehouse. When we finally received the garment, it was wildly smaller than other products purchased recently from Emamaco of the exact same size - they were entirely unusable. They were also received three weeks after the surgery, by which point much of the recovery had already occured. Emamaco refused to provide a replacement in a different size and refused to provide a refund. The only options were to (1) keep the unusable product (incorrect sizing) that arrived way too late (well into the recovery period) and was deceptively sold to us (with no mention of the stock issues and delays), and with absolutely no financial compensation for the cost of the product or shipping, or (2) we were to pay for shipping the product (again) back to Emamaco for them to then eventually process a store credit for us to then pay even more to repurchase the same product in another size (product was bought on sale so would cost more) and pay for a third lot of shipping, to then (eventually - maybe another 6 weeks later?) receive the product, by which stage it would be entirely redundant as it would be over 3 months since the original purchase and well past the period required for recovery. We were left without a recovery garment after major surgery. We lost the money we spent on the product and shipping. And to add insult to injury, our only alternative is to spend even more money for something we now don't need due to Emamaco's deception. It's deceptive, heartless, cruel, and bordering on predatory.

I ordered the Recovery Pregnancy Leggings one week postpartum to assist with muscle separation. I placed my order on 10th October, but I received no shipping updates or tracking number for 7 weeks, despite sending multiple emails with no response. The product was finally shipped and arrived 8 weeks after ordering.

By the time it arrived, I was 9 weeks postpartum and no longer needed the product. I requested a refund, but was told it was not possible according to their “terms.” Waiting two months for a product to be shipped with no updates is not reasonable under Australian Consumer Law, and I would have cancelled the order if I had been informed.

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Poor communication, unreasonable shipping times, and refusal to provide a refund make this a company I cannot recommend. Do not order from them.
