Pilot shipping helped me track my chair from Dallas, Texas to Phoenix, AZ and Sullivan and Sons with Mayflower delivered the chair to Northern Arizona and completed the set-up. We ordered our SVAGO chair over Thanksgiving weekend, there was an expectation that it would arrive in late December. However, mid-December a gentleman from Emassage called to say there’d be a delay. They kept me updated and it arrived yesterday. Wonderful. They followed up as did the delivery company. The chair works beautifully and is great to look at. Thanks for being so helpful.

All we want are answers
Currently I am still awaiting a ZGR Svago chair which I ordered on 12/5/20. What is really bothering me is the fact that when I ordered it the website promised it would be shipped within a few days. 4-5 days after the order was placed I get a call that the chair was backordered. Why not make this public from the start? I see that it is now on the webiste but that is after the fact. I did get a call on January 5 that my chair had made it to the states. After so much confusion and waiting I decided to cancel my order on the 12th of January because I could not get any idea on shipping or tracking. Talking to them in chat got nowhere. Trying to get the information is extremely hard. This is a 2,000 chair and on limited income it is a big purchase. Especially when waiting so long customer service is important. They did finally call me and said my chair was in the process of shipping and if I canceled I would have to pay a creidt card fee and I will have tracking on it soon. So I emailed them and asked that they send that tracking to me yesterday and I am still awaiting a response. All we want is communication via email as to where this item is and when can we expect it. No definitive date-no tracking-and feel like I am left in the blind. Very VERY frustrated customer at this point and will update this review as this proceeds.
Update! Received very nice email stating my chair has shipped and tracking. Will keep everyone posted.
As promised updated review as of 1/26/21. Chair arrived in perfect condition and works wonderfully. I am very happy with it and the service I received while waiting for it at no fault of emassage chair due to the current pandemic. Matt has been very kind and courteous throughout the entire process. Rhonda was also the same. Had it not been for the pandemic I am sure I would of received this chair much sooner.
Off now to rest my back in the ZGR Svago chair! Thank you again!

I tried to buy a chair from them but don’t think I will.
They hardly answer any emails and never pick up their phone. I can imagine what would their after sale service be like if god forbid there were equipment malfunctions and warranty issues.

I have Owned a Ergotec Message Chair For many many years. NEVER failed Still working today but starting to show some wear. SEARCHED ON GOOGLE and found the same exact chair and I ordered a new one it went up after dollars but is well worth the money. ALL GIRLS TRY THE MESSAGE CHAIR AND ALWAYS START TO LAUGH THEY LOVE IT. Men sit for a tryout and eventually fall to Sleep. Love my chair.

After having a bad experience with Affirm, who falsely advertised a 0% percent financing but showed a 14% finance rate at check out and would not change it after a converssyopm with a representative and a so called manager, Emassage was a breathe of fresh air. Fast and efficient!
