I had problem with my order and thanks to Rhonda at emassagechair, it was resolved to my benefit per her recommendation.
Rhonda had been patient and courteous each times I contacted her.
It took a little longer than expected, but I got my massage chair and been enjoying it!

2 stars for not following up after the…
2 stars for not following up after the sale. I experienced trouble once the chair was delivered to the third party for delivery and set up. Once delivered there they held onto the chair for 10 days with a promise of delivery within a 2 week period. They now have 4 days to deliver or I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the sale. Why they choose to use this one moving company is beyond me as it has just about as many 1 star reviews as 5 star. The 2 star rating is for the most part because after I sent them a message concerning the delivery I haven't heard back from them. That and for using such a poor consignee for my delivery and set up.

Amazing purchase experience
It was an amazing experience discussing the chairs online before purchasing. Mr James did amazing Job and gave me an amazing price as well. Will add my review of the chair after I receive it. But for purchasing process , price and discussion were great.

I ordered a chair and my order was confirmed. Was told that to expect shipping info in 3 to 5 working days. That was the ninth. That was the ninth. This is now the 24th. I have sent 3 emails and 2 calls. They never return the emails.i have 2 calls. They were helpful. They explained there were some shipping issues. They have not been able to give me a estimates shipping date yet
