The rep you have by the name of James is simply incredible. He is the reason I bought the chair from your site as opposed to another whom my friend dealt with. James was beyond courteous but a "real" person to talk with. Heck, if I had the money I'd have bought 1. He truly sold me on the Osaki 4S and you should be lucky to have a salesman like him. I regret I couldn't say goodbye as I ordered he was gone.
