emberhost is such a great minecraft host:
1. the staff has always been helpful, giving a hand when needed and solving doubts and problems. also, they reply quick in discord.
2. when i bought the server, i couldn't be more happy. it held perfectly every single player the first day and its performance was great without even some optimizations mods, and it wasn't the highest tier.
to sum up, this host is cheap, has a great staff, a well-made docs website, has a good community and it's reliable.

Great prices and very helpful support. They are very communicative in the discord and will help with things that aren't server related like mod conflicts. Good refund policy and consistent open communication.

I used Ember Host a few months ago. I don't have a Minecraft server anymore, but remembered to review after I saw an announcement by them today. When I used them, it was fine: there is little to say which is a great thing. The servers never lagged, support was quick, and the panel was easy to navigate. Would use again if I ever restart my MC server!

I have used Ember Host since the 2nd of August, had one technical issue with the service which was resolved fairly quickly, support is amazing and very friendly, really everything is good, including the pricing!

Staff are amazing people to work with and the servers are very high quality for the price.

This company hosts incredibly good and stable servers and the staff are really easy to communicate with and talk to if I have any issues.
I have never had any issues with the company at all and everyone is really friendly

Honestly great all around, there's always help when needed and the mods are VERY patient with my stupid self.
It is a great host with no lag even with only 8gb and 20+ players online +mods and the prices are exceptional for what you get, with a great community too, and everyone is accommodating on their discord, not just mods, but other customers too :)

Recently moved my small server onto Ember Host, the help there is lightning quick, super responsive, not to mention personable! The prices there are also nothing to joke about, 12 GB of ram for 36 bucks, thats a steal! I reccomend this place to anyone looking for minecraft servers for friends and family!

Ember doesn’t lag and has actual good service.

I bought a server from them to play with my friends. We all planned to build a ton and expand thousands of blocks in each direction so we needed a beefy server with great specs. Thanks to a member on their discord server, I found out about this hosting and had a great experience ever since.

The servers they sell have the best CPU's I have personally seen on a server host, and that also came with amazing prices. When I bought a server from them, I never had an issue with performance. Unlike some other hosts, these people actually care about the quality of their product and the satisfaction of their customers.

Customer support has also been amazing with these people. They offered to help me pretty much every step towards owning a server, they even offered me to help transferring files from the previous host I used! How crazy is that?!

I assure you, even if they are a relatively new hosting service, you should not skip them. Compared to all the other hosts out there, I would personally say this is the best.

No nonsense, like advertising, unlimited Data, or saying one thing and doing another. Reliable, fast, and knowledgeable. Matching Discord for costumer support. trouble shooting, chatting, and tickets. Panel is reliable. Friendly staff, and others.

I came from PebbleHost, my server bill was $160 Dollars a month for a server, the preformance was sub-optimal, as all it took for the server to fall to its knees was someone loading chunks a little too quickly...

This server DOES NOT LAG, even with having less RAM, it will not lag, no matter the amount of huge farms or people end raiding or high amount of players
