Word of advice don’t seek a tradesman through this site they charge a 40% markup after their costs! If you can I would go direct to the tradesman rather than use this site to connect you.

Waited 24 hrs for a electrician to come out. Thats NOT an emergency service.

Martin came to do my shower and bath taps and also sorting a leak out he was amazing very friendly and did an amazing job defo recommend

Paul King came and sorted our boiler within 10 minutes and luckily had the part we needed! 10/10 service!

Quick and easy to find on Google, they get in contact with you quickly and can find you a local maintenance person very quickly, depending on what time frame you require.

We had a vacant home ready for sale and the boiler had quit. We called and within 2 hours Paul arrived to assist. It took Paul some 20 minutes to get the boiler up and running, no hidden extras and he was nice guy to deal with. Would use again and recommend!

Wasted time nobody not show up after contact with company consultant informed me must cancel this because he can't contact with contractor. I was promised refund is in the way. 12 days later still £300 not back. Reported to bank and Trade standards. Not recommended at all

Took over 3hrs to arrive after me chasing multiple times (my shower was pouring with water, could not shut it off). Didn't offer to take his mucky shoes off. Answered 5 calls while trying to look at my shower. Decided after 5 mins the shower needed replacing. Took shower apart and made safe, then left it in bits on the floor. Cost me £300... disgusting

Someone came told me after 5 mins that I needed a complete new board, they couldn’t do it today, they could bk Wednesday to it. After paying £350 I called out someone else who got my electrics up and running after half hour. Checking all my sockets and lights and appliances. The other person didn’t do any of that, he pulled a fuse out and said yes it all needs replacing. I feel I got scanned out of money and was left very upset

Great service. They sorted us out with a plumber within an hour.
The plumber was very polite and fixed our leaking taps.

Absolutely terrible service and company refuses to answer my emails and its impossible to contact customer services, as others have highlighted you get put through to an automated system that says someone will call you back and they dont. I called this company on the 30th Dec due to a leak coming through my middle floor ceiling and the light fitting. A plumber turned up within 45 mins and literally spent 5 minutes with me looking at the water marks on the ceiling, checked it was drybunder the bath and then proceeded to say he didnt know where it was coming from without cutting into my ceiling which he coukdnt do and left stating he would send a report into the company and they woukd call me back..Still waiting. Tried calling numerous times and no response, so i paid £360 for them to leave me with water coning through the light fitting and nothing to try fix it AVOID AT ALL COSTS
