Sleeping like a new born baby,i am 66yrs young.
Fantastic,having purchased a hard az matress 4yrs ago,had to do something to soften the bed.Wish we could have afforded the matress,but being on the pension,out of reach unfortunately.How long have Kiwis been ripped off with the cost of good mattreses,far too long.Well done Emma.

Slept on for the first time last night
Slept on for the first time last night. Very comfortable.had a great sleep.
We got the mattress topper as well which provided a bit more sponginess. Wonderful.

This mattress is great in its simplicity. For years I haven't been able to make my own bed due to injuries. Finally I have a mattress light enough that I can. It is comfortable to sleep on and I love it :-)

Missing parts
Delivery was very good.
However I couldn't complete assembling the bed due to missing parts.
I'm waiting for missing parts to be delivered at the moment while sleeping on the floor.

Fast delivery. 120 night trial is brilliant. Mattress is very supportive. I feel better once my body adjusted to the bed (about a week). Mattress on its own is too hard. Mattress topper changed it completely using the soft side. Still a slightly softer option in mattress topper would be good. Also labeling the mattress topper firm and soft would make it easier to tell the difference firm and soft

Great service, but if you don’t like a firm to hard mattress don’t buy one.

Best sleep ever!
The Emma mattress was such a welcomed upgrade; it is comfortable and you always wake up feeling refreshed.
One persons movement doesn’t affect the other and it is very supportive.

Excellent. Fast service. Mattress is a bit different to what we are use too. We had a spring mattress now this is foam. Taking a while for me to get use to a firm mattress. Hopefully we still like it after our guarantee is up.. like how we get to trial it for a few months and if not we can get a refund.

Good communication
Good communication and delivery. The Emma mattress is comfortable, but the topper has made it that bit better as the mattress was firmer than I expected.
What I particularly appreciate is the lighter weight; my old inner sprung mattress was still good and very comfortable, but so heavy that making the bed was a real chore at my age!

First few nights have definitely slept better. A little firmer than I thought it would be but far better than what we had. Pleased we went for super king.

We received a well deserved new Emma Comfort Mattress. Delivery was prompt, experience was great! The mattress is top quality excellent support to the body and no disturbance of sleep when the partner turns over. After opening the box it expanded into its full size and we used it the same evening!
