This was Mother’s Day gift
The courier was supposed to deliver in Friday then kept getting messages that it was delayed but will be delivered
Did not get delivered in Saturday so called up customer service and they were not helpful
Finally got delivered in Monday after the mothering Sunday causing me lot of distress and anxiety

Lack of compliance with standard US customs paperwork leading to delivery delays
The products are delightful. The issue is poor compliance with US customs requirements on multiple occasions. What is needed on the paperwork is among other things, an accurate description of the goods, the name and address of the manufacturer, including the country. The lack of correct paperwork has resulted in multiple enquires from US customs in respect of multiple orders of mine including my most recent. On one occasion the goods were returned to EB because EB failed to supply the information in adequate time. I have never had this experience from other suppliers I the UK. On my most recent order EB failed to describe the goods and the address of the manufacturer. I dont understand why EB cant get these simple and standard paperwork requirements right, despite feedback. Failure to do so results in a waste of time and money, and a frustrated customer.
