The parcel did not arrive on time
This was Mother’s Day gift
The courier was supposed to deliver in Friday then kept getting messages that it was delayed but will be delivered
Did not get delivered in Saturday so called up customer service and they were not helpful
Finally got delivered in Monday after the mothering Sunday causing me lot of distress and anxiety

I received regular updates prior to delivery both by text and e mail
The delivery team informed me ahead of time an hour before arriving
They not only placed the items in the room where it was supposed to be but also removed packaging and took back with them
