Really disappointed constantly
Really disappointed with the damaged/faulty products I seem to always receive. It’s the hassle to get new ones. Returning the old ones too, is the biggest pain.

Really beautiful plates
Bought two 10.5 dinner plates beets and carrots pattern to make up 4 with plates I already had. They were an extravagance for me. I've never spent that amount - £28 per plate from memory - before on crockery. But they are really beautiful. Solid to handle, the pattern dances. I'll probably get one out when I feel fed up and have my mince off it to cheer me up.

Read order confirmation carefully
I ordered 2 personalised mugs, 1 for me to replace a mug my son bought for me, which I broke the handle off. I so missed this large mug I bought myself another one. The other mug was for Easter for my nephew, I ordered a small mug with mini eggs on and his name.
When it arrived the name was on the base not the front as I expected. When I reread the order it did say on the base, I hadn't realised there was an option. Bit disappointed but my fault for not reading everything. I hope he will still loves it.

I ordered 6 cups in France and 2 arrived broken (have often ordered and there has never been any problem). I sent phots of the 2 broken cups and was reimbursed immediately. Sad about the cups but no complaints about E.B! Will just have to order again.

The website, the order process and the items ordered once arrive are fantastic. It is such a shame that they use Evri to ship orders. Lack of update and long delivery time meant items (non personalised) arrived late. Otherwise would be 5 star.
