Ordered a Mothers Day Mug and paid for next day delivery and it was delivered first thing the following day . Unfortunately after the first use some racks appeared I phoned them up and they sent a replacement mug the next day . Excellent service

Great customer service. My mothers day gift arrived damaged and when I got in touch with customer services they promptly sent out a new order, probably within 20 minutes of my email being sent. It then arrived next day! Amazing
