The item was supposed to be delivered on the Wednesday with plenty of time for Mother’s Day. However we didn’t receive the item until the Monday after. Promoting us to panic buying other items.
I’ve had no response from Emma Bridgewater about my issue. Very poor customer service.

Great customer service, terrible delivery service.
I didn’t end up receiving the products I ordered. This is singularly a fault with Evri; the Emma Bridgewater team were great, offered potential solutions but ultimately organised a quick refund. Disappointing, but the service and customer support continues to be excellent.
