There was a small hiccup with my order and the wonderful team sorted it for me very quickly. Exceptional service and I was very happy with the whole process. My client also LOVED their champagne gift.

Service and ability to accomodate our request on short notice was extremely refreshing

Great champers

Awesome service and very happy recipient. Thank you so much. Linda

Incorrect order sent.
Poor follow up.
Issue eventually resolved.
Awaiting delivery of remaining order.

Terribly run and no communication skills. Beware.

I sent a gift and the card did not go with the delivery. Thankfully the person tried to determine who sent the gift. Unacceptable service for gifts.

I ordered online , received a confirmation email straight away. I was informed all through the process until my order was delivered When it had left when it would arrive , very efficient . Also quick delivery .

I was helped by Leizel to make my selections and the order was ready within the hour. Very impressive

A very wide range of champagne for every occasion . Once I’d made my selection the customer service was amazing with regard to delivery.

The best of the best champagne retailers in Australia. Easy ordering, fast delivery, great prices over the widest choice. Accurate reviews and precise analyses of a huge variety of Champagnes from high end tables to the favourites the French have with their celebration Oysters. This is my fourth order and I'm considering membership.

Delivered on time but gift message wasn’t included.

I had a terrific experience with Emperor Champagne. They went above & beyond to facilitate delivery of my order. And also gift wrapped which was much appreciated. I will be ordering through Emperor Champagne again & have been referring them to my friends. Many thanks Yvonne

I needed to get a specially selected Champagne delivered before an event that was about 10 days away. In order to do that I needed to be guaranteed that the delivery could be managed. Emperor Champagne not only had the best price, but negotiated a special pice for expedited delivery and I got the wine five days ahead of the event. One happy little group of people.
