Company needs better delivery network and needs to stop dodgy third parties.
Also better comms...but I appreciated the refunds which shows a company wanting to do the right thing by its clients.

Efficient purchase process, product arrived promptly, beautifully boxed and protected. Expensive but 'boutique' champagnes difficult to source elsewhere in australia

They got my order wrong, and when I identified this and requested it be corrected (to an increased number of bottles and therefore more money for them), I was told that this was what was in the system. No recognition that a transcription error into said system might have been possible from a handwritten order sheet. It was a very odd experience.

I still have not received my order I made for Emperor Crystal Tulips Champagne Glasses on the 28th May. I have followed up 4 times with no response.

Cancelled champagne club after three months, our second delivery of champagne never came. Absolutely impossible to get hold of them, emailed and phoned numerous times. No customer service whatsoever. Ended up having to contact our credit card company. Be very wary of signing up to their champagne club!!

We are loving the monthly champagne club. Each month we are sent something different and it takes us on a journey. Who knew champagne could have so many different qualities! I also love that they stock a lot of items not readily available.
