This is just brilliant…!
This was my first Monday night and the Empower team led by Jasmine were great. Learned so much in one night. And even though I took a fall I was looked after by Ruth. The team are attentive and encouraging. I feel more confident to skate. Will look at practising some of the techniques taught. I really enjoyed the dance routine we learned too. Thanks.

Finally reached for the 1st time yesterday. Empowr is home from home when it comes to skating. Whether it’s a Monday practice session for beginners, a Thursday get down and vibe skate jam night or Friday easy but smooth like butter practice session (that floors amazing) and last but not least the skate jam main events is a live and direct with skater of all types and areas enjoying a South LDB evening vibe. Space is key, each and everyone hosted in a safe and friendly environment for all. Not to mention many who come along are on hand to help out along with the lovely staff. Happy to be apart of the Empowr skate family, humbled with how much i’ve levelled up so far and the journey to come. Highly recommend to come on down to the sessions and there’s even kids session too. They aim to provide you with the skills and confidence to safely venture out to other events whilst still continuing to cratering locally. Amazing community and a fantastic host - well done guys

Where do I start. I had never been to an indoor space for skate coaching before and this was a great experience. The venue was spacious, atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The coaching was great. I love that I got tips that work for me to take away. It's a great space to try out moves as you learn, such as basic skating, stopping forwards, backwards and crossovers, also to build your confidence if you're t be a bit anxious in attempting aspects of skating outside.

The jamskate section was great!👌� Designed to help you develop each step of the way....
It challenged and built my confidence with my big heavy ventro pros which has been my perfect goal to overcome personally - I can't wait to see just how much I've grown once I move on to my much lighter and less bulky skates!

Customer service. It's easy to rate when things go wrong and not acknowledge when it goes right so I have to say that the customer service is excellent! . Response rate and communication was great and that counts immensely - they were also very courteous and professional. Empower CIC, Jasmine, thank you. I could see you were genuinely concerned and fixed the issue swiftly A great all-rounder 🙏🏽

Jasmine was so welcoming! The whole experience felt gentle, positive and encouraging. A relaxed environment with no pressure at all. Couldn’t have been better! Jasmine led a routine that everyone could join in with and broke down each move clearly so we could go over it slowly and build it up to speed.
Such a lovely bunch of people, it was a joy to meet new skaters and be a part of such an open, positive and uplifting session. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. I hope to make more of these lovely skate sessions! Wherever you are on your skate journey, I encourage you to go and experience for yourself! ❤️ Thank you Jasmine!

I love the new format of the Monday sessions! As I'm becoming a more confident skater, a mixed session format of drills with time to do my own thing is perfect. It's a space that's also beginner friendly for someone starting from absolute scratch. Everyone is supportive and encouraging to each other. It's a good space to learn from people who are more advanced than you, a great teacher and Empowr team.

I went to the new Monday Skate Jam & Coaching Session that just started.
Great concept- for the less confident who would like to practice with the comfort of an experience teacher on hand for support and advice.
As someone who is not a complete beginner but not quite a fully confident intermediate- Im usually stuck in spaces where I feel intimidated around more advanced skaters but want to move on from beginner skate classes.

Fun session with options depending on your level but also challenging, which is what makes progress. A combination of free skate, specific drills and easy dance routines. I would recommend it to anyone planning on learning how to roller skate. It's a friendly environment with a coach who puts you at ease.

Empowr CIC hosted my son's roller skating birthday party.

He had an amazing time and so did all of his friends.

Going to the decathlon skate sessions has really helped me a lot with my skating. I am getting much more confident and learning so much.
Jasmine is a brilliant instructor the way she explains things by breaking it down makes its so much easier to understand. The space is a good size and the floor is smooth. The 2 hr time slot is also a good amount of time to learn and get loads of practice in. I would 100% recommend.

Friday classes at Decathlon are brilliant! The space is nice and a good size. Jasmine is the perfect instructor, she's really lovely and she explains everything step by step with tips tailored to you and your level. I would 100% recommend!

The place is not very big but this time fill of people. It is maybe OK for people already a pro, but for people not very confident, seeing so many people packed in a small place and some of them going really fast is a bit daunting. Only wish the venue is bigger or the organiser limit the maximum number of people in one session.

Great session led by Jasmin. I love the format. Provides skate etiquette and safety while having lots of fun 😀 especially love the dance routines.
