Dan from EMS who installed the stairlift for me was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire installation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with how to use the stair lift before he left. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free.

Dan came today and fitted our stairlift. He was extremely friendly , pleasent and after fitting went through the whole operation in a precise and caring manner taking us slowly through the whole operating procedure : Highly recommended : five star experience

It was a tricky job, but the engineer persevered and got it sorted for me.
It was an emergency call put following the breakdown at the weekend. I phoned them to report it this morning to find that the on call had already logged the issue. They were able to come out the same day.

We have a through floor lift, last Saturday the lift faulted, we called EMS’s 24 hr call out, an engineer arrived promptly, he was an absolute credit to your company- he was very sympathetic about the situation, he was very cheerful and managed to solve the issue with the minimum of fuss

Writing this review to save people the hassle my Mum has had with this company. Have to have engineers out regularly to repair it. Communication with this company and amongst there selfs is terrible. Honestly folks please find yourself another stairlift company other than this 1.

From the survey visit by Thomas to the installation by Dan, I couldn’t be happier with my lift. A seamless, supportive service. Would highly recommend EMS Lists.

Had Warren the electrician come today to sort electrics ready for stair lift insulation tomorrow. He was absolutely lovely, talked me through what he was doing and was very respectful of my home. If the insulation goes as well as today I will be extremely happy.

Denzal was excellent came to fix my mums stairlift and did a wonderful job. Very polite and experianced in his feild.

Dan was a great help and he fixed the stairlift quickly - he said when he came in that it would take half an hour and he was right. Dan is very good at his job, is always chatty and smiley. He put a new interface in and now it works brilliantly. Thank you Dan.

Well what can I say apart from what a fab company EMS really are, Keith and Dave were honestly the best, friendly, helpful, professional, happy chaps, and an absolute credit to EMS, I honestly could not have wished for a better service. So if you want a stairlift fitted then look no further than these guys. 5 +++++.

Denzil attended promptly, and quickly, but thoroughly, diagnosed the problem. With batteries changed stair lift working. Efficient and courteous. THANK YOU.

EMS were called to attend to a fault with a stairlift. Dan attended within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and repaired the fault. He was courteous, friendly and patient with my elderly relative. Excellent service from EMS and Dan.
