Stairlift Update
My Srannah stairlift was installed about 9 months ago, and has always performed faultlessly. It was recently checked over and serviced. Jason, the Service Engineer, explained its workings, and I appreciated what a neat, cleverly-packaged device it was.
I’m very pleased to have the stairlift. It’s reliable, much safer for me, and a great help with carrying loads up and down the stairs.

The company completes their scheduled servicing regularly and on time. The engineers are professional, friendly and reassuring. The machinery is kept in tip-top condition, reliable and safe. Over several years we've not yet had a single bad experience with the stairlift.

The lift itself was installed quickly and easily - it works very well.
However, the joinery solutions needed for the stair door were less than satisfactory.

Excellent service
Very responsive to callout. Attended same day and left chair in good working order. Same engineer attended 2 weeks later for 6 monthly check. Very friendly, efficient and left everything tidy and working well.
