He was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all our questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Recently had a visit from Colin a few weeks ago as we were looking at adding a battery to our current set up. Colin was very helpful and and explained everything to us thoroughly explaining how it would all work and all the benefits. We decided to go ahead and the work commenced . Even after the installation we had some queries about the monitoring it on the app the team were helpful and had patience to explain it all. Would highly recommend them .

Had a cold call from a lady who clearly stated EMS' business name. Normally I only hear a spasm of gibberish and put the phone down.
This was so unusual I accepted the call.
They offered me a free review of my 15 year old system. I have never had a system check before, and agreed.
Today Jayden surveyed the system and its supporting electrics etc.
I quite expected after 15 years to recieve recommendations for new inverters, new panels, and that I need to install batteries etc. etc. etc. . . . . but NO.
Jayden said that, surprisingly, all looked good. He only mentioned in passing that I could think about getting the panels cleaned and a specialist coating. There was absolutely no discussion nor pressure applied.
I am now 'long in the tooth' and very sceptical about modern business practices so am very happy with this completely free service carried out by a delightful young man.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mo from EMS and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, Mo was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed.

He clearly explained how the solar panel system would work for my property, and more importantly, how it would save me money in the long run. What stood out was how honest and transparent he was. Take it or leave it no pressure.

The installation process was smooth, and the team kept everything clean and efficient, hats of to Ricky managing this process well, I’ve already started seeing savings on my energy bills.

Received a call stating that, as my installation company was no longer trading, the National Grid/NESO were paying firms to complete inspections of solar systems. There was no charge and their engineer would do a full check. When the engineer arrived, he recognised the address from an earlier visit. He did: a visual check of panels; a quick check of the fuse box and generation meter (recommending a new box with surge protection device) and a quick check of the inverter & battery. This took ne more than 10 minutes. He then offered me an additional battery at £2,995.00

There is no scheme in operation to inspect panels - this was a sales tactic (or more commonly a lie) in order to try and sell/upsell equipment.

The guys went above and beyond. They not only did a brilliant job and were very pleasant and tidied up well but returned late on Friday night when I discovered my fridge freezer wasn’t working. Sorted it without hesitation which meant that they were not home til late Friday night. Highly recommend them

EMS staff-work very efficient in setting up site visit for work on roof, as well as changing meter. Father and son roofers/electricians were then exceptionally quick, effective, pleasant, and helpful - going the extra mile.

I found that my Feed-in Tariff meter wasn't working. Some companies quoted well over £500 for installing a new one, but I found that EMS Trade Ltd would do a complete check of my installation, supply a new FiT meter and offer a five-year guarantee of the complete system at a very reasonable price. The two engineers did the work yesterday, very efficient, explained what they were doing and everything is now working great! Excellent service!!

I had work done on my solar panels. The men explained everything very clearly and showed me each step as they worked. They were very polite and I found the whole experience very good. The Rep was equally helpful.

I looked into a few different companies when I looked into battery storage for my solar, I went with EMS because they were helpful in picking the right system to suit me, customer service was excellent and the install looks so good and tidy and the system does exactly what it was supposed too.
