I was happy with the meeting that took place on 20th February 2025, he was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable on the installation of an add on battery. He put me at ease talking to him.

After a polite and focussed 'phone call explaining that my most recent installation was due for its check up inspection this was arranged for a mutually convenient time and date. Despite filthy weather and a long drive Mr Worrall arrived comfortably within the expected timespan. After exchanging a few domestic pleasantries he conducted his inspections finding all to be in order. With the new Energy Price Cap announced recently and a look at my use of electricity from the National Grid I agreed the need to install a second battery. All was amicable yet business like and it was good to see again the gentleman who made the first contact with me regarding the installation of Solar Panels etc. It was also good to learn that the installer would, in all likelihood, be the same as the original installer. Confidence in companies these days has to be earned and it isn't all that common.

We were looking at purchasing a new fuse board, we approached several different firms and I can honestly say EMS Trade had one of the most attractive products on the market which I personally knew nothing about. It was an energy saving fuse board with extra fire safety features in comparison to standard fuse boards. I found their consultant polite and knowledgeable and the engineers did a brilliant job it was quick and efficient and great value for my money. We would definitely recommend them.

My Solar installation needed servicing and pigeons proofing ,EMS phoned me at exactly the right time being extremely local they sent a rep round that day to survey the installation, I was impressed by his knowledge which was bang up to date , he pointed out several improvements that needed attention but there was no pressure exerted to buy any service .Just useful advice and information . Between us we came up with a plan .This was implemented swiftly and efficiently .This Company had everything to hand scaffolders, installation crew ,finance .Everything was done efficiently and competently, no mess ,just friendly information sharing .A very pleasant experience in this day and age . Since we have been dealing with this company we have had nothing but good service. The service has been very prompt with a polite work team. They will be recommended without doubt.

I had a problem with my existing solar panels as the inverter was flashing green. I called EMS to obtain advice and they sent their representative the next day which was Thursday. When he came he said the problem was with the panels which were old and arranged for them to be replaced and a new fuse box installed two days later. This was all done with minimum fuss and inconvenience. Excellent work.

This company had contacted me re a health check on my system, give me all the advice and support around a new battery as my old ones wasn’t working. They were knowledgeable and professional and answer all my question. the work was carried out by the engineers who were also very knowledgeable and professional.
Talked me through the app and how to monitor it.

Reliable company. Had my 6.5 battery installed and the 2 installers that came to fit it did a nice clean job. Very impressed.

The electrician who came was polite, did a good job and was content to stay around until I was satisfied with the job. He also answered my questions fully.

I assumed that my power outage was a local issue but by the time neighbours came to my assistance it was clear there was a problem linked to the Solar system. Despite it being 7pm on Friday evening I had helpful responses from EMS and an electrician was dispatched for his 90 minute journey to sort the issue! This he did with good grace and a full explanation. All done by 9.45pm. Grateful thanks!

The team arrived as promised and set about doing the job immediately. They explained clearly what they would be doing, and worked very efficiently and their work was very clean. Once completed, they set about linking me to thye software to enable me to moinitor the efficiency of the system they had just installed. I shall now be able to monitor how efficient the solar panels and the batteries really are, I want to save money from this investment.

Appointment kept on time.
Our electrician was polite and made sure that we understood WHAT he was doing and WHY.
He then cleaned up all waste and mess.

EMS Trade have been maintaining my solar panel system for the past 4 years. They come out every year to do a health check on them. I initially got in contact with them after I had an issue with my system and learning that my original company were no longer around I needed the problem resolved. The chap Ricky who came round to fix it was more than helpful and its still Ricky who comes around every year to do the health check which I like as he now knows my system inside out. After 4 years of service with them I cant say a bad word about them and have recommended them to a couple of friends . I used them initially as they had been in the business for a number of years and they must be doing something right for them to still be around today.

Had my solar panels fitted and am very pleased with the swift efficient service, the guys that came and fitted them were great , very nice , great company to go with .

Tried to scam my elderly parents out of £3000 for totally unnecessary work on their solar panels. Said they needed cleaning, resurfacing and a new inverter, this was after charging them £1200 18 months earlier for cleaning and resurfacing. I told them where to go, it's nonsense, the panels are working fine. Stop fleecing the elderly!

Contacted by email and after researching the company, I called their free phone and made an appointment. I was promised full survey, service of solar panels, wiring and assessment of battery+ a 5 yr guarantee. All for approximately £5000 & any unseen costs would be discussed before commitment and all work done before any payment was requested.

Every contact I have had from initial phone call, arranging survey appointment, service appointment to taking payment over phone has been polite, pleasant and very reassuring.

EMS has been trading 10 years and still going strong. Very different experience from 2 previous companies who went bankrupt before completing work & 5 callers who promised services and didn’t show up.

Excellent installation by the team, courteous at all times, explained what was being done, and very helpful. Very pleased with the experience. We will be asking them to deal with a problem that has arisen with another piece of equipment.
