I like what those guys do.
Very good experience with the App and the website.
Very good products and brands choosing.
The only thing I would change, is the long delivery with fedex, which always move hands when git here (Israel), and when I get the product, except of tax as usual , I need to pay so much for fees that I never asked to by DHL (when I bought from another sites).
But expect for that, I am in love with their cool vibes and there is no day without visiting it to see what is new.
Also I made 3 orders from them at the last 2 months and I got everything on very good condition and well protected.

I’ve placed 2 recent orders with End and have had no issues at all. The delivery has been exceptional and arrived within 2 working days. My second order was for sale items and again I received my ordered super quickly. Placed the order on sat and received my order on mon, can’t complain at that. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep ordering from this site.

First of all, I was confused for the delivery , they didn’t give any notice for my order arrangement. Moreover, when I returned my items, End. Does not refund the right amount of money and haven’t replied my message till to now, it is a terrible shopping experience

Terrible customer service had my order for over two weeks without bothering to let me know they don’t even have them in stock even tho you can still order them on the app now

Finally got order, added one star extra from original for how they dealt with my complaint.
Made an order 4 weeks ago, taken my money, multi emails sent to them, got one reply email saying it has been dispatched with tracking number for DPD, tracking number don’t exist.
Had a second email after from them saying they are sorry for delay but still unable to tell me when it will arrive, have to wait and see what happens.

First the delivery were way overdue, to what they say on the website.
Now, after I returned the parcel to them, more than 10 days ago, since they recived it, I still havent gotten the refund.
I have ordered a lot from EndClothing, but this might be the last time. What a company.....

Second to none customer service - AGAIN

Min hustru købte et par handsker hos dem til 520DKK - de laver en fejl på fakturaen og dermed fortoldes de til 520GBP altså 4650DKK.
Nu skal hun så betale moms og told af et beløb hun ikke har købt for.
Deres kundeservice svarede at de ville fikse det og melde retur. Vi rykkede dem igen da vi ikke fik svar. Og nu er der intet svar fra dem.

Esperienza pessima. Regalo di Natale acquistato l'11/12. Il pacco non è arrivato per Natale.
Contatto l'assistenza clienti 3 volte. Via email non mi hanno mai risposto. Via chat mi hanno rassicurato che avrei ricevuto il tutto per Natale.
I giorni passavano e nulla. Finalmete il 23 sembrava in consegna invece il corriere a cui lo hanno affidato ha rimandato la consegna al 24.
Il 24 nuovamente al 27. Morale della favola il pacco non arriverà per natale e chissa se arriverà dopo.
La cosa che più mi ha dato fastidio è stata la ripetuta presa in giro da parte dell'assistenza clienti. Il loro prezioso lavoro è stato leggermi il tracking (cosa che sapevo fare anche io) e dirmi che non potevano fare nulla ma dipendeva dal corriere.
Dimenticavo, spedizione pagata 15 euro. Veramente un capolavoro.

I used this company for the first time a few weeks ago and have used them twice since.I’ve been super impressed tbh,great prices and really quick delivery-what more could you ask for? Five stars all the way!
