Level 7 NVQ with Endeavour
I recently completed my Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management with Endeavour Training and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The support from my Assessor Matt Burridge was excellent, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise made the qualification both achievable and highly valuable for my career. The whole process was well structured, efficient and tailored to suit my work commitments. I subsequently went on to successfully complete my Professional Review for Membership of CIOB through Endeavour Training. NVQ Level 7 and MCIOB well done!

Very professional
I recently completed the Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety & Risk Management with Endeavour Group, and it was excellent from start to finish. The course content was thorough, practical, and directly applicable to real fire safety work. The support from tutors was outstanding, and the flexible structure made it easy to balance with my job. Matt is a great assessor and was very helpful in providing the best pointers and in pushing me to keep progresses on schedule. He really helped me out patiently throughout the whole process setting weekly reviews which allowed me to pass the course fairly quickly.
The course itself it's quite interesting and I felt it pushed me to challenge my own knowledge and helped to understand better my strengths and weaknesses, identifying next steps for my personal development.
