We adopt a consultative approach to the energy performance assessment, by which we can provide the standard EPC report, but also an energy performance consultancy service that aims to ensure the most cost-effective way to improve the epc rating. Fast, Efficient, Perfect Experience
I would recommend Energy Performance Solutions to anyone that needs an EPC Report. I contacted Daniel on a Friday and got a phonecall the same day. He was able to work around my schedule and came the next day, and I even got the EPC Report that same evening. His prices are also great. I'm glad I sought his company out rather than getting an EPC Report done through another agency. My experience was perfect. I will definitely be using his services again in the future

What a swift and timely service
What a swift and timely service. Daniel picked up my job and had site visit agreed within the hour. He was very professional and adopted to no shoe policy inside house. The job was thorough and I had my EPC sent to me next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

After having a bad experience with the surveyor appointed by the sales agency, we appointed Daniel to complete another EPC. Daniel was very understanding and managed to turn around the EPC in very quick time. He was very professional and we would highly recommend his services.
