Laura has been brilliant from the start. I joined a number of agencies and Engage have been the most professional, friendly and helpful by far.

It was relatively easy to sign up with Engage, they have been transparent about pay/holiday pay etc and I started work very quickly.

All the staff from Engage that contacted me are professional and don’t push you into roles unlike some agencies.

I have dealt mainly with Laura who is excellent - always contactable by email, a phone call or text message and has kept me and the school I am at up to date at all times. I would highly recommend Laura and the team at Engage.

Lauren (Ball) has been so easy to work with. Lauren found my desired role and made all arrangements. Working with Lauren has been the best experience I’ve had from an agency. She is attentive, responsive, and managed to secure a rate above what was on offer.

Since day 1, Sayedul and Parth have made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first started. Before my contract finishes with a school, they call me weeks before in advance to sort me out with my next contract. I feel that they prioritize me and have very fast responsive time. Both Sayedul and Parth call me regularly to see how I am which is assuring to me as it shows they care about me and to see if there are any issues on my side. Furthermore, they have provided me with a school local to me. This is very helpful since I do not need to travel far. I would like to thank Parth and Sayedul for all their help and I highly recommend working with Engage Education.

I just want to say a massive thanks to Engage especially Parth. Theres nothing negative to say about Engage. They have definitely made me feel very comfortable, positive and confident. My experience with Engage Education so far has honestly been a pleasure. I have a lovely consultant Laura Dunne who is always so helpful and easy to reach out to. It’s coming up-to nearly a year since I had my first shift and I must say it’s always been a positive experience. I’ve learnt so much and gained so many new skills and I’ve also developed a genuine passion for working in schools and helping children’s development :)

My experience with Engage has been fantastic. I got am excellent agent Bethany who provided me support and guidance throughout and helped me in securing long term teaching position. She constantly assured me about the availability of jobs in the market and also ensured that i should feel comfortable in my work place. She provided me with a fantastic teaching opportunity within just 10 days when I was worried to find a job in the month of June. Grace lampard has been exceptional! She assisted me all through the registration process and job acquisition. I have worked in several schools and currently settled in one thanks to her help. Grace ensured my best interest is at heart and supported me. Glad to be with it engage education.

Very Disappointing. Lots of Promises but no work. And I don't like being used to make up the numbers in a School Interview Process.

To be fair - this agency have been ok in finding work. But... I don't think they always have your best interest at heart. I was promised a role to start in January so I ended my contract with the role I was in (through a different) agency. Today - the Friday before a two week Christmas break, a message saying the school had pulled out (although the contract had been sent to me, confirming to start on 6th January). Please be warned - this has ruined Christmas for me a little bit.

Megan was fantastic and didn’t waste time finding me roles that suited me. She listened to my requirements and checked in frequently throughout the whole process. Because of Megan’s support and research, I secured a job interview for my ideal role, which resulted in a job offer! I can’t thank her enough, she has made this process much easier.
