Easy registration process and very helpful employees.

Absolutely rubbish communication.
The post they sent me too had no safeguarding, risk assessments provided.
I was paid less than minimum wage because Engage Education did not communicate my required break hours.
Rude HR.
Did not give me my P45 so was emergency taxes by my next employer.
Do not recommend.. they are purely driven by profit over the wellbeing of the children they send the employees to.

Working for Engage Education allowed me to have flexible shifts and build on my previous experience to become a confident Teaching Assistant. Particularly the support of Athena Japhta, who was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, made my experience extremely positive. The agency consistently matched me with suitable placements that aligned with my skills and interests, and the schools I worked with were welcoming and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend Engage Education to anyone looking for flexible teaching opportunities with excellent support.

I have been apart of engage education for the last 5 years and they have supported me every step of my teaching career. My consultant Darren went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences when providing daily supply work. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Engage and would recommend them 1000%.

Relocating from Dubai back home to London was made so much easier thanks to Engage. The sign up process was simple, and the team were friendly and supportive throughout. Suela was especially great, she took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure that was clearly communicated with the rest of the team. She was super easy to talk to and made the whole process feel very personalised.

Lenny was just as brilliant. He supported me through each step, taking the time to explain the process clearly and help me weigh up different school options. This company is shocking! It should be shut down as almost everyone who I have interacted over the span of 9 months seem to be working together in support of this scam. I used the London sector and was promised work by one of their senior agents who then ghosted me for months. Impossible to get hold of and every other employee (I spoke to about 15!) said they weren't able to help and only she would be able to, as she covered that certain area and it was her domain. I paid for a DBS had sent in all my docs and refs. 6 months later I finally get hold of her to be told to re-send everything in again, which I did and no one got back to me! When chased up I was told my reference was out-dated and the company rules had changed to only accepting recent references. What a joke when initially I had signed up this was never a problem! Even spoke with the manager who didn't bother getting back to me. Employees are clueless and passed me pillar to post. Hopeless agency. Don't waste your time. Have no idea how it is still operating. #shutitdown

Casey has been an amazing consultant to work with, extremely diligent and willing to field phonecalls from school staff who do not understand the term reasonable working hours.

As a result Casey has been able to get me short term contracts appropriate to my skills and experience.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Engage Education and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I managed to register with Engage last year October and since then Casey has worked tirelessly to get me through the vetting stage right into work which, I've been very great full of. The staff are very professional and they stick to their word of getting you into work ASAP. I will recommend the Agency to friends/ family who want to get into the industry.

I’ve been working with Engage for a couple of days now and it has been wonderful, Caitlin has been amazing and supportive throughout the entire process, she has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m truly grateful to have someone as supportive and kind as Caitlin by my side during this journey.

I have been working with Engage Education since the beginning of the 2024-25 school year and Megan, Rob, and Sy were my main consultants.
