Environ with Shaan and Liam for bedbugs…
Environ only offer spraying for bedbugs but were very accommodating to our schedule and needs, and their engineers, Shaan and Liam were fantastic, especially Shaan who went out of his way to be helpful, even shifting some furniture. They were very thorough with spraying.

Shaan - A Credit to Environ
Shaan is always very helpful, thorough, professional, firendly and takes care to provide the best service he can. Shaan came two weeks ago and also today to set bait for a mouse problem we havie been having at 10 Rudaal Crescent, NW3 1RS. However we have also had Saan before at our house in 4 Hampstead Square NW3 1AB. At that time, he came then to do the Moth Treatment. We were incredibly impressed how Shaan went over and above the call of duty, heling us clear cupbaords, doing two heat treatments in the tent, and staying a little longer to ensure this was done, and even helping us find our Cat, before the moth treatement to make sure it was safe. We really like having Shaan and hope you will send him to us in the future -as he is a pleasure dealing with and a credit to Environ.

Although the surveyor was spoken to about the tenant they drew too much attention to the tenant rather than do what they were asked to do. You act for the client, not the tenant.

The problem was efficiently pinned down and remedial measures were put in place. Shaan was brilliant and gave us clear recommendations and additional materials to help close the gaps which the vermin were using.

It has been two weeks and a day since…
It has been two weeks and a day since Adam from Environs attended my residence. The second visit to seal up any ingress points in my flat. I am starting to feel confident again and I have even started to walk around barefoot 🦶👣. As mentioned, Adam came and his professionalism was on point. He quietly did the work needed. He meticulously tidied up after himself. And explained everything he was doing and why. The third visit was to check to see if there were any signs of the flat being breached. So far so good. They have been thorough in the way they do their business. It's all a part of the package. My honest advice is, if you have a problem with pests and are looking for a company that will try their utmost to solve it WITH you then, go ahead and use Environ.

Mouse proofing
I used this company for a minor mice problem at our home. First visit was to lay traps and conduct an assessment for proofing the house. This was followed by a visit by Shaan and his apprentice to complete the proofing. They were timely, friendly and informative and the proofing work appears to be extremely thorough with no stone left unturned. Shaan even did some additional mastic work around my kitchen sink while he was here. Looking at market prices, Environ clearly aren’t at the cheap end of the market but, like any sensible person, I have no problem paying top dollar for a top dollar service. I highly recommend this company
