My experience with Epic Cellars was fantastic from beginning to end. They were very clear and concise with their offer, incredibly quick with their responses and sent the packaging immediately. They tracked my goods and sent multiple follow up emails while it was in transit. Great company to use!

I got a bottle of dom perignon champagne as a college graduation gift from my dad more than 30 years ago. I don't like champagne - and then it go so valuable - I wouldn't just put it in mimosas or something - so it's been collecting dust (in it's unopened box) for decades. It occurred to me that maybe I could sell a single bottle. So easy. Quick emails and a picture. Box came in the mail, and I sent it back. Weird to open the sealed box and take the bottle out for the first time in order to photograph and ship it. I had the money in my account within a week. Really good experience. No fuss - no issues.

I found Epic Cellars from a simple Google search. Their responses are extremely quick, offer and instructions are clear, and everyone I communicated with was very friendly. Offer was good considering they still need to make money when they sell and it beat me trying to find a private buyer myself. I would sell to Epic again! Thank you for a great experience!!

This was the first time in my life that I ever sold a valuable bottle. I did some research online and found out it was possibly worth a lot of money. There were a few recommended vendors. Epic Cellars was one. I wrote to all. I heard back from two. The first vendor offered very close to what Epic Cellars did, but they did not offer the prepaid shipping and packaging.
What actually made me choose Epic was the friendly communication I had with their staff. From questions I had prior to deciding, all the way through to being promptly paid, it was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this vendor. Very knowledgeable and honest.

The staff at Epic Cellars were great to work with! They made an offer on our 50+ year old bottle of champagne that we thought was fair. Other places weren’t interested since it was a single bottle, not a whole collection. They followed up when I failed to respond after a week or so which I appreciated as it had slipped my mind. The shipping supplies were sent quickly, and they communicated by email multiple times tracking the package and keeping me informed of where we were in the process. Finally, they received and inspected the bottle as soon as it was delivered AND sent the full payment the same day (within an hour or two of their inspection). Wonderful experience! I just wish I had more bottles to sell them.

Product (Service) - the price from Epic was the highest compared to other companies for the bottles in this transaction.
