The process of selling a single bottle was nothing less than stellar. I was offered a fair price only hours after sending pictures and the request. I was sent communication throughout the process and even as it was traveling to its final destination. It was a rapid and efficient experience.

I was a little apprehensive about the idea of sending my valuable bottle to complete strangers. In the end I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish they provided fast and honest communication. They provided me with shipping supplies and detailed instructions to complete the transaction. The day after receiving my bottle I woke up to the funds in my bank account as agreed. I give them five out of five stars and will recommend them to anyone in the future.

Epic Cellar's team did a fantastic job of helping and guiding me with the process of selling my chateau wine to them with numerous emails constantly to stay up to date on what to do and when to ship it. I would highly recommend this company for future business opportunities again! Payment was next day after They received my unopened / undamaged shipment. Delivery of the shipping contents was quick easy to follow and was the right materials needed to get my item to them safely. As well as the price they offered along with free shipping from the materials to get to me and back to them.

Epic Cellars is simply the best! It’s a very straight forward and simple process in which they do all the work (and even the “thinking”) for you. All you need to do is take a few pictures of your product(s) and give them your information and they take care of absolutely everything else. Each step of the way you’re explained what is going to happen and what Epic Cellars is doing for you. The entire process, from the start to me getting paid, was only a few days. Best experience ever and one I would not hesitate to use again. 👍

The customer service and care are the best I've ever experienced and I'm an old man so this is far from my first rodeo. I had one item to sell and I was treated as if I had a million dollar collection. I received a very fair hours after submitting photos and a description. Shipping supplies were sent to me immediately and I was updated daily on their expected arrival. After I shipped my item to them, I got at least one email every day and sometimes two to update me on the progress. I received payment 2 hours after they received my bottle. I cannot sing Debbie and Amy's praises enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everyone there ... Krista and Debbie, just made everything so very easy. Seemed if I had a question and wanted to write them... I would go to the e-mail and see that they already wrote me... and answered the question before I could even ask. Just really great service. They kept in touch the entire time.
