Quick, easy, great pay out!

Epic Cellars has been very professional. They offered fair amounts on each item. They were very responsive and kept in communication about next steps along the way. They made the process very easy. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would. I highly recommend Epic Cellars.

From the moment we both agreed to proceed, it went really fast. The entire team at Epic Cellars took part in making the process seamless and easy. I received a prepaid box of packaging materials a couple of days later (wow!!!!). And I knew exactly how to pack the bottle because they sent me a really cute video on how to pack it up. It was fun all around. And payment was made immediately upon receipt😃. Next time I'm gifted a bottle of something exquisite but not necessarily to my taste, I'll be back. 5 stars

They responded very fast and stay in contact with me.

Was amazing and followed thru with everything they promised

The ideal online wine selling experience! I was looking for someone to buy my wine but local vendors felt my my lot was too small. I found Epic Cellars online and the process was absolutely perfect. I got a fair price and it was easy and FAST! I would highly recommend selling your wine to them. They cover shipping and insurance and pay immediately upon arrival! Really friendly correspondence too. Thanks Epic Cellars!!

Fair price, good communication and easy to ship. They send you all the packing materials.

Overall a fantastic experience I'll do business again

Great communication, quick turnaround and fair pricing. Thanks very much!

Everything about the experience was perfect, but I wish the offer price were higher relative to the retail value of the wine. But the people were very good and the process very smooth.

Where to start? First off, the timing of responses was prompt and made me feel like a valued client. Epic Cellars was the first to reply to my inquiry, hence my opting to do business with them. From there, it only got better. Respectful, honest, trustworthy, and quick; all characteristics of a top quality business. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel, Debbie, and Amy from Epic Cellars. Each was exceptional and a true asset for the company. They were cheerful, personable, funny, and always in communication for ease of transaction and total peace of mind right to the finish. Thanks to your efforts, I will always be a loyal customer. A company that goes above and beyond, and it shows. I got paid in what felt like an impossibly quick turnaround time, no delays, no BS, just cash in the account, exactly when Epic Cellars said it would be available.

Fast and easy. Great customer service. I definitely would recommend
