Epic cellars made it very easy on selling my bottles of wine. They were fair in their offer for my bottles of wine. Packaging for delivery was sent to me and it was very easy to package and mail out by UPS. The people I interacted with were very nice and professional. I highly recommend Epic Cellars for all your resale wines and champagnes.

I’ve sold wine to Epic Cellars twice now, and both experiences were excellent! Debbie was so friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, and she made the whole process super easy. They sent all of the packing materials, a prepaid shipping label, and easy-to-follow instructions, so I didn’t have to figure anything out. Once they received and inspected the wine, my payment was sent electronically immediately. From the day I first reached out to getting paid was only about a week! Everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’d definitely sell to them again and highly recommend them if you’re looking to sell any of your wine collection.

The whole experience selling with Epic Cellars was handled very professionally and went very smoothly. I sent photos and exchanged emails with Debbie Fedders, along with Krista Kane and Amy Magruder who kept me informed on the progress of transit. I was sent a safe box for shipping the wine UPS, along with a packing list and a printed shipping label with insurance. After receiving, it was paid quickly.

I of course was a little nervous of trusting an out of state business however, after doing a little research myself I decided to use Epic Cellars and it was the best choice I could have made. From start to finish the communication was very clear and timely , they made the process so simple for me I can’t imagine ever wanting to use a different business for selling my bottles. 11/10 in every aspect you could want, I’d say the whole process was no longer than about 10 days from the time I first reached out to my payment received. I would heavily recommend anybody who is considering selling any of their bottle collection to trust Epic Cellars!
