Trying to sell my dead dads shares, absolute nightmare of paperwork and QR codes, and paper forms, and back and forth.
Looking at £200 of fees for a few thousands worth of shares.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Basic usability testing on the forms you send out would highlight numerous issues, which you clearly haven't done & can't be bothered to do.

I wish I could give zero stars. I'm still having the same issue. No one is assisting me. I made about 50 calls in 3 months. All they do is come on here and say someone will look into it. It's all for show on trust pilot. They are not helping. It's causing me depression. I do not know what else to do. I've lost money due to them. I called, I messaged. I got the employer to reach out to them. It's 3 months of nightmare. I don't understand how they are regulated. I'm losing my mind. Someone tell me how I can get the regulators to intervene as what they are doing to me is in breach.

I repeatedly have very poor experiences with this team. Communication is poor, if you need a response I recommend raising a complaint as incredibly difficult to find any other email contact on the site otherwise. They rely on post in 2026, and information is opaque. Avoid

I have waited for 3 months and made multiple phone calls to get my money back from shares. I have been promised on multiple occasions it will has been agreed by a Managed that the funds can go straight into my bank account within 2 working days. This has not happened on ANY of those occassions. It is taking up a huge amount of my time being on hold and having to chase this up. I assume my money is being withheld without my permission so I have no choice other than to take this further. I would avoid this company at all costs!!!!

So difficult to get through the complicated telephone system, but once through to a real human being he was very helpful.
