Same as SBI India hopeless
I would give less than 1 star but alas no choice, I have been using this service for the last 7 years; every now and then I have faced my transaction put on hold to verify my legitimacy of my funds. Reaching out to them on the phone is a second nightmare as it takes 10-15 attempts to get someone's attention. Their Poli payment which is suppose to take instant payment as it logs in to my bank to debit money from my account doesn't work straight away, BPay doesn't reach them for 2 days or so. This service is from dinosaur age; no digital transformation where as Western Union and the likes can do your money transfers instantly in the choice of bank account. Don't waste your time banking with them you might be asked to verify your identity after the money is gone from your bank.

Yes EREMIT can complete a transfer the same day, but the banks do not deposit to the receievers account the same day which makes this a 2 day transfer to the receiver.

Not very happy with the transfer…
Not very happy with the transfer process. - - The mobile app UI doesn't let you change the transfer option once selected.
- once you start one transfer request, you can't make a new one untill the last one cancelled.
- last request took an hour to cancel
- I lost the required rate and I ended up having less money.
- they asked me to provide income proof eventhough was transferring money in my accounts in separate countries. I never do that when I use transferWise and SBI remit.
- I can't take out excesss money from their account. Minimum limit is $100.
